Good news...!
All the priority stores will have this phone in stock from today (Monday) as the fresh stock is in transits from Nokia China.
Initially this phone will only be availabe in Priority store and then to other local shops.
The launch date is confirmed to 23rd.

According to leaked specs of L520 it will have same processor,ram,camera but no front camera and it will have 4 inch supersensitive touchscreen and according to history 520 could be low in price so wait till mwc 2013
