Agree, this is a new OS and has a bit of a learning curve, but I was effectively able to teach my gf who is technologically backwards to use her 920 in 3 days. Can you tell me exactly what you didn't find fit or unsuited to your needs. May be I can help.

Bought last week in Qatar. Awesome phone. with Nokia City Lens, Nokia Drive which available offline & gives turn by turn voice instruction is very accurate. Also there are lots of free apps in Stores which is making this phone really wonderful i.e. to within budget.

For using mails and messenger on this phone you dont have to subscribe to any special tier plans. Just use your normal gprs, 3g, 4g plans and it work fine. Besides even new BB Z10 works on your normal internet plans and does away with the BB tier services. Hope i was able to solve your query this time. Be free to ask if have more.
