I thinks you will be choose Lumia 620 because Lumia 620 you can open MicroSD 64GB , Xperia U 4GB not MicroSD card .

Lumia 620 will beat any smartphone in my opinion, with this spec and if the price will stay on 190€, is something like Nokia 3310 about the removable cover, we will see for sure different style of cover in market with your favorite artist for example ;P
I'm nokia user not a fan from 3310 times i have changed two devices and now i need a phone because the Nokia 7020 slowly dying ;/
If my finances withstand the amount i will buy it!!
