@HKS u should probably go for a android if u are interested in gaming. android is way more advanced and better then W8 but..... it lacks the fruity and colorful feel of windows.
I am using a galaxy s3 since last 1 mnth really feels good using it. but definitely going for a WP8 budget means poor performance WP8 needs atleast 1Gb of ram so if ur ready to spend some bucks buy a good windows 8 and spend a couple more to buy the games otherwise go for a android. but if u dont want gaming but want a budjet wp8 buy the htc 8s its 19000 rs in my country so around 380 $

I love good deals but something is cheap on this phone maybe the casing...I just don't know y it's selling almost the same as 710,610
if lumia 720 looks like what's in the leaked photos then it's too ugly for me.I'm in a fix and I might decide to wait for months to get more choices..but all is not decided till I hold,feel&play with 620
