L620 don't have a wifi hotspot...even L610 has a hotspot feature....Is there any way this phone can be used as a PHONE AS A MODEM.....Please anyone know about it??

Radio coming to all wd ph8 smartphone soon, through Apollo+ update.
Regarding Applications, the store would be fully filled up within 9 to 12 months.

So that they can directly port their native code of opera mini and opera mobile which is c++ to windows platform which will make it easier for them to update and iron out bugs across all platforms a easier task.
