Okay, we see that Black is already available for several countries, so why the f**k there's still no FW on Nokia servers?? Launching NaviFirm million times a day, all Lumia models getting new firmware every day, except for 620. I'm not going to update via OTA, in fact I never did so, I want to flash my phone with the latest build. Cmon, Nokia!

But one More or(main) difference in Final GDR3 and Preview is that Preview May Have Bugs and may unstable because it is BETA Version. Why Developers only? so a Developer Can Check their Apps on New update and can Also Report a Problem to OS Vendor in Technical Language
(a Developer can Explain with more Techical Terms, So OS Developers Team can Understand Problem in more Effecient way that Which module haveing Problem) So they FIX it As Soon As Possible.

both are official updates..
gdr updates comes from microsoft n they deliver it to OEMs(nokia,htc,samsung).. nokia work on this gdr update n add ther own features n then they deliver to phones n nokia name these updates as amber and black..
gdr3 prev4dev- when ms launch any update they launch it for app developers as same day under name of prev4dev program to implement ther apps fastly.. n it availble in whole world at same day n same time.. not region wise..
gdr2+amber/gdr3+black- it comes from nokia.. after ms gdr launch nokia recieve it n add ther own features n changes for lumia users.. it needs time n after that they check update performance on diff. lumia models n trying to remove problems occure in every diff model... whole process takes time n updates takes time to roll out..
nokia releases update region wise..
lumia black has only few things new,
1- double tap to wake up
2- glance screen improvments..
