Its so amusing and disturbing to know that Lumia Black update is available for 520 with double tap wake up feature. 620 update is still pending and double tap is not available for us. Bought the phone paying 4k more but got trapped.

Then press Volume Down & L... morePressing These Two Keys means.. That Press Vol- & Lock Key For At Least 15 Seconds... untill phone Restarts..
After restart phone goes Back to All Default Settings.

then check if somthing happens.
if not then, only option to visit Nokia Care Center.

I m using Nokia BH-218 bluetooth headset.I connect it well by Lumia-620.It works well in calling and receiving phone calls.But it does not work in multimedia like music and videos. WHILE I HAVE Nokia-C2-01 in which it works very well in all media- Why-?--- Should I have to configure in other way.I have tried in every setting of audio and video. Please suggest.if u can

1-download 'desktop app for windows phone' from windowsphone.com for urpc.. it is only 7 mb exe file..
2- format sd card using phone.
3- now sync ur all content using above app by connect ur phone via usb cable..
just tell me r u updated ur phone to gdr2 amber?

After Formatting SD Card...
1.Shortcus(these duplicate files are only shortcuts..because without Original Files these Duplicat copies Don`t work) of files are still available.

shemul_bau, 27 Jan 2014I did everythin following your instructions but no results.... more1- dude 1st turn off skydrive autoupload..
2- take backup of sd card in pc.
3- format ur sd card using phone.
settings- phone storage- sd card- reset
4- take out sd card frm phone n reinsert it in phone so phone shows message about sd card detect..
select yes in This message.
5- I think sd card backed up files still contains these duplicate files in hidden form..
so move files 1 by 1 and drop hidden files from ur pc to sd card..

I did everythin following your instructions but no results...so what can I do now???
Images are showing multiple times when I copied them from PC...(also in case of video song)..new image capturing is ok ..I have restarted and formatted the phone..but no results..when the Black update will be available in Banlgadesh??will it be able to solve the problem??
