i 625 has sound problem,,,when i play music or talking suddenly it goes to silent mode,,,
mic + speaker both leave work,,,then i switched off mobile 2 or 3 times,,,it becomes ok,,,but again the same problem....plez help me ,,,bcoz i lost 900AED....i sent it to warrnty also..but they only update the os,,,,same problm i m facing.

This phone is worst. I cannot send any files to any other phone.non availability of apps.no file manager .phone has 8gp store but system storage will about 6 gp this we cannot be deleted .what can I do??? Phone is very slow storage space of this phone shown in itself slow . Don't take this your money will gone

this phone is terrible. do not purchase. windows is the worst platform and never again will i buy another nokia product.

In case the screen suddenly freezes press the Power button, and the volume down key. This will help you turn off the screen. The next time you start it starts smoothly.

i am lumia 625 user.very happy to using windows.it is incredible .i am also shocked in widows using.it is very simple used. i am waiting for windows 10 updation. when????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

You have updated your 625 but let me inform you Windows 10 is not official available. The program that you have updated is Windows Insider(It is a part of Windows 10).Official Windows 10 will be come after.
