I have Nokia Lumia 625. After being upgrade by Nokia care , my Nokia is running well now. I love it.

I have had my Nokia Lumia 625 for 2+years and loved it, although teething problems when downloading and watching video's it didn't bother me that much. About a week before Christmas it started to run really slow and during the night often switched itself on/off, I assume this was the updates that were downloading and resetting the phone. But since the week before Christmas I have overslept 6 times as the alarm although set didn't go off, again I blamed myself. Then last week having overslept again waking in a panic, I could only make emergency calls.. I switched the phone off and on again and service resumed. I did check to make sure I hadn't picked the phone up in a sleeping stooper and dialled a number which was restricted, but there was nothing, but I struggled several times to get my calendar up and then last night, I went into whatsap but the screen was blank, I couldn't use whatsap at all.. I left it overnight, the alarm failed this morning, whatsap still no contacts, so I switched the phone off, now I cannot switched it on.. All that happens is the 3 logo appears, then the Nokia screen, then it goes to back to the 3 logo, been like that now for 6+ hours.. Any ideas would be great fully received, thanks you😊

I hate this phone. I think its RAM is not good. Browser shuts down everytime I open a heavy website or watch a video. Really annoying. And when I download videos, it's very hard to find the location of the video. It wants a video player or something. There is also no file manager like in Android where you can find your files very easily. Some videos are not shown in the video player... Horrible phone. Some say its smooth but its not.

I can't get Kindle to work on my phone. I just don't understand how to make it function. This is a probledm, because I enjoy using my phone to read books.

I love my 625 Lumia I have had it for 2 years no problems till recently 1 month before warranty ended. It started having all sorts of problems and hardly any sound. Microsoft said send to be repaired . They fixed it and now is great again but they charged me $104 that is a bit tough when under warranty they put in new battery and a microphone the repairer said it was faulty. This is the one you cant put in a new battery you have to send it away to have it put in

using window 10 over a week on 625. yes it is slow like opening contact or message.also hangs sometime on using store.but overall new ui.so i will stick to it.

J-boy, 30 Nov 2015I am using this Nokia Lumia 625 running CYAN(wp8.1) update.... morehey there my lumia 625 win 8.1(cyan) dont have issues moving apps to sd. the only time you will get this error is only if your sd has an error try changing your sd card and go to storagr sense>sd card>click on the app you want to move and there you go
