Hello,
Is it normal when I made the upgrade to WP 8.1 to show me the Lumia Denim update? When actually I was trying to get the Lumia Cyan. Anyway there is no improvement with the phone.

Hello every one,I have a problem; MS says that the Lumia cyan (8.1) update is available for L625 in Egypt since almost 3 weeks ago but I haven't received a notification for the update tell now (set for auto check) when I manually check (through WiFi) says updated. Any help please.

Try using wifi and not normal data bundles as the may end and the update may not have completed though this may not be shown. Go and update it manually from the settings. Hope this helps

Do not worry...connect your phone through WiFi and check for updates, 8.1 is a two stage update. First update doesn't make a difference,.,.,. After the second update, you should be good to Lumia new goodies.

Hey guys..am in kenya, my phone showed me that there was an up date and after download it did no move to 8.1,still stuck with 8.0..and it keeps loosing network i have to switch off and on every time...any opinions?..how do i get to 8.1?thnx in advance.

I have been using the phone for 5 months and it is excellent. wp8.1 cyan update is superb. Its smooth, lag free and ui is very cool and simple. The features like camera, processors etc etc are not top of the class but they are not downright pathetic either. For an average user without any top of the class feature requirement for my daily use I am very much satisfied with this phone.

After software update (WP 8.1) this phone started to lag, apps often stop working, battery drains faster. So if you buy this one dont update software.
