it depends on what you need
but my own opinion i prefer 625 ..

Hi guys I'm using Lumia 625 from two months it is very good smart phone but since i have buyed this phone there was an option of 4g network but after updated it shows me only 2g and 3g plz help me for how to see 4g option but in my phone it doesnt show me 4g help me plz thankyou in advance

Those who own this phone, have You ever face overheating battery problem especially when You're browsing or gaming? I'm currently using Lumia 520 and want to upgrade to Lumia 625 b/c my 520 always overheating when I'm on browsing or gaming.. Thanks in advance.

Best Smartphone. Love Windows phone, and i HATE android. Android is mean lag, errors, high hardware requirements. Android is a crap.
Windows Phone is the future. Smooth running operating system requirements are minimal, no blocked, etc.
Nokia Lumia 625 is best phone.

Forget about the 520 or 525. Their camera is really the worst ever !!
Buy Lumia 625 its a decent phone in all aspects ..

I have the latest Windows 8.1 and I am currently (at this moment) running on 4G with no issues ..
The 4G is really fast in this phone !!
