It is not necessary to always restart your phone to update after you add some songs. Now whenever you add songs, open the default Music app & open songs, you will notice at the top of your screen: Showing all music. Tap on it & some options will appear like all music, on my phone, sd card & streaming. Just tap once on all music & your songs would get updated. You will not need to restart your phone for this.

Instead, go to that particular chat whom u want to sent the photo, then click attach>photo...then select upto 10 photo.
