I have ... morewell if there are no specific apps that you would like to have there are no drawbacks in WP8.1, Usually a problem occurs if a person switches from Android to Windows Phone and can't find his games/apps in the store. Doesn't mean there are no games/apps in the WP store, it's just that it is not the same game/app.

grand prime has worse screen compared to 730... samsung uses qhd tft screen with worse ppi without any screen protection. great joke made by samsung to slash price but it is still expensive than 730..
xperia c3 also going expensive than 730..

Well if you looking for screen design and graphics then go for lava, karbonn or even intex or asus phones which have same android that powers samsung, xperia. Windows mobile are great when comes to tasking and smooth behavior. More abraca dabra in android means the more power it gulps. Why you bored with two type of windows screen? Me never used Lumia brand nor windows phone but a nokia lover. All android phone uses the same screen with some exceptions.

Now the real fight start............. Already grand 2 in market but secretly without knowing others Samsung launch Grand Prime.............. Grand Prime same as grand 2 but low PPI, No NFC, No Gorilla Glass,.......... Lumia 730 will get success like before Lumia 520 got success........ Before buy 70% peoples will compare Lumia 730 with grand 2 and grand prime............. I'm eagerly waiting to grab Lumia 730........@15k Lumia 730 best 😊

The lower range android phones are not that good. You get 8 gigs of memory but how much of it is available for you to actually use? I have a Lumia 625 which has 8 GB internal memory and I get to use 7 GB of it. Plus there's the fact that you can move 95% of your apps to the micro sd card which automatically translates to be able to have a lot of apps in your phone which are only limited to the size of your memory card. Then there's the fact that your device wont lag if u have a lot of apps. Then there's this streamlined OS which won't show any lag and at the same time wont affect your battery life too. Then there's Nokia's HERE Maps and those can also be moved to sd card as well. 450000 apps in your store. How much do you use. More importantly, how much can u use lag free. Look at Lumia 530 playing asphalt 8. There's this question of Can vs. Should. Now sit calmly for 5 mins and think who the real frog is.

2- about usability... every user gets bore with time.. no matters what they r using.. its human nature...
I also heard same things from lots android users as well.. so its not fault of any perticular OS...
everyone getting bore after using same thing for long time. its human nature n not related to any OS here..
Main considerable fact here is how much UI is important in real life.. in wp tiles are live n keep u up to date everytime. on other hand in android n ios icons are static n never changes.
now you decide which thing u prefer. this wp ui is metro ui in other words modern ui.. which is way ahead of all other OSes..
final choice is urs... which ui u prefer...

My friends were like "What? This has 512 MB RAM?". It was like their 1 GB RAM devices are useless. Also, the UI feeled new and fresh for a long time android user like me. In the end, its your decision
