I am also user of lumia720 and want to say that 6.7mp camera is wonderful camera is equivalent to 8 or more and Lumia730 is wonderful package as compare to its competitors, who loves windows phone then i will definitely recommend this phone for mid-range users.

Merry Joe Folly reported that all current wp8 devices are upgradable to wp10 which is coming in 2nd quarter of 2015..
so see wp10 as a mystery as for now..
big advantage of windows 10 is ms fanly merges both wp n win RT... means all windows phones, tablets, desktop n xbox devices cosidering as one family. that means only one app store for all above devices.
capability of universal apps.. means for devs no need to write separate apps for phone n tablet/desktops. now all code format is combined in windows 10. app devs needs to only customize app UI according to screen sizes...

Hindi(devnagri) font is already supported from last 2 years from lauch of wp8...
u using old 610 loaded with wp7 which not supports hindi.. ms stops support of wp7.. means wp7 is outdated now..
I know/hopes ur 610 still working like buttery smooth but I think its time to upgrade now..
n 730 is best to upgrade.

oled pixels glow by itself... on other hand in IPS LCD screen pixels doesn't glow itself.. ips lcd needs backelight panel to glow pixels.
means lps lcd drains more battery than oled..
oled is power efficient technology

Before one years I bought nokia Lumia 520 to try something different & new features. Believe me I am happy with it . I updates to wp8.1 everything is fine.
In Google's Android there is maybe million apps+games but how many apps+games you can install in your device !!!
My next device is Nokia Lumia 730

If you are not heavily dependent on google's ecosystem then u can very well go for Lumia 730. Personally I prefer moto g2 and android because it provides syncing capability across all my devices, with products like chrome, keep , pocket etc ,.
But better u wait for some time, as there will be some review about comparison of these two phones on the net sooner than later.

MSJ, 02 Oct 2014I am not that tech savvy, however interested in 730 as its ... moreOLED is more bright and its contrast is high its colors might not be as true as IPS by true they mean a bit dull too...
I prefer OLED because of sunlight readability and its superb display quality and is so much bright all great phones uses OLED like S5, Moto X and Lumia 930

Both are great in specs but in camera, display, battery customization, Stability and performance Lumia 730 is better
