Will Nokia/WP devices support the following Nokia features (from old models)?
1. SMS templates
2. Group SMS
3. Send/receive vcard
Need these often. Btw are these supported in Anna and Belle?

Hey everyone,
Over the last few years, I have used many Nokia phones and I never felt like using any other brand because of the quality nokia provided, but lately Nokia phones are loosing their values.. Bigtime.. For instance N97 was and is Nokia's one of the costliest(costlier than E7 and n8) but no OS upgrade offered for it.. They just concentrate on new devices forgetting the old ones..Now coming to talk about this particular phone, according to me, its just waste of money.. NOKIA LUMIA 710 has everything this phone has and 10grand lesser. All this phone has, is an upgraded memory and camera and nothing else.. both the phones are of the same size and same processor and same OS and personally 710 looks better with the curves.. Overall, 710 is 10grand better than 800.. :)

mona, 28 Mar 2012i have lumia800. but the screen is brek by my mistak so wat... morecheck at ebay india/malaysia/singapore websites. if you find it online at cheaper price then buy it and get it replaced from any nokia center.
In case you plan to use the handset for more than an year then find someone in nokia care & request him/her to replace the screen without bill.(only if you trust the person as your warranty will expire immediately), it will save your cost by 30-40%

Can we get Lumia 800 with RM-819 in India.searched many shops in Bangalore but found all with RM-801 only.
I need a WCDMA 850/900/1900/2100 (RM-819) quad band lumia 800.
please suggest any location in Banglore/Hyderabad, if any one knows info on this.

when am downloading any song or any video it is not getting saved in my phone memory. dont know were it is getting saved. whenever am clicking on download it is just playing that song.
So plase suggest me what need to be done

Its an excellent phone with great features..... Its worth a buy.
But I want to know how I can get songs and videos in the phone and Bluetooth feature is also not good enough.....

Guys i have heard that the new update is out that is said to tripple the battery life of lumia 800, so how is the new battery life now ??? Does it last one full day ??? Looking forwad to buy this phone. Currently using iPhone 4S 16 GB and thinking of buying lumia 800 as a second phone to try out windows 7.5

Nokia Priority Partner can set whatever u require and help out to train on this, it's a best handset, as a known fact the hardware of this phone is very excellent, that no phone is having in any brand... i hope NOKIA is trying to put more good functions with the help of some good softwares...

i have been trying to make some use of this phone for the last 4 months. it is very restrictive. Seems Microsoft is using this phone just to increase hits on their hotmail site.
2 glaring issues which should be immediately be addressed if nokia wants people to buy their phone-
1. Make a contact sync program to sync contacts with outlook;
2. nokia drive should route travel without the need for a data connection.
(Incidentally i bought the phone for its nokia drive programs).

So disappointed that this model phone doesn't allow me to use it as a modem to hook to PC to watch drama series as it doesn't have the internet sharing function like the IP phones or samsung phones. Kindly advise when can we have this function?

My first smartphone. I specifically chose for the Windows operating system. It is easy to synchronise with Windows 7. The inly downside is that you need Zune, just like Apple uses Itunes. I didn't want an Iphone partly because of the Itunes programme.
Another downside is that custom-made ringtones have to be cut down to 40 second clips with an audi enhancing programme on the PC and imported into Zune categorised as 'ringtone.'
I do however like the phone a lot. It is very easy to use, has a clear display and the touchscreen is very responsive. You cannot tap it with your nails however.
I never had any problems with the operating system. It is very fast and easy to use.
The camera is also very nice and the Zeiss lens provides crystal clear images comparable to my standard digital camera. The menus on the phone are very neatly organised and quick to access. Battery life is about one day. The latch for the charging cable is a bit sensitive and it easily breaks when charging, so be careful with it.
The phone looks nice, works perfectly and is really recommendable, especially when you are a trusted Nokia customer or when looking for a reliable Windows phone.
