Terrible phone. Not user friendly. Battery life is barely a life span of an adult mayfly. Bluetooth doesn't support any folder sharing, I wonder what's the use of it. Conclusion, I'll never get a Nokia phone again.

After a few days of using my Lumia 800. Im disappointed about the battery life because when im using it in a multitasking manner in fullcharge battery it only last for about half of the day. I dont know if its normal for lumia 800 other than that this phone is amazing only the battery will limits you to enjoy using it.

Its the 2nd best phone after iphone 4s. I came accross and softwear engineer for Apple Co- I asked him one question which is the second best phone after iphone 4s 16 GB,I had a nice chat with him and he explained why NOKIA LUMIA 800 is the 2nd best phone, and that's when i brought it. So Just go for it. Belive in what you feel and experience my friends. That's selection............

heyy, i just updated my lumia.
my problem is i couldn't find how to set tone for my message tone.
I mean, yesss, i know from the very start there's no message tone unlike ringtone we can custom or use what has been given.
But when i'm updating it ; there's a list said that after we're updating this we can have the tone for message. So someone please help me :-(

And now, a Nokia Lumia 800. It is truly the most amazing phone I have ever used.(I listed all the phones I had so that people know I have no company bias or that I am no fan boy, just a regular semi-geek)

the lumia fails in many basic ways, especially for a windows based phone! Too many things rely on this Zune application, it's difficult to navigate and find anything that you have downloaded or taken with the video camera. I think it's ridiculous that if you want to forward a video you have just made, u have to first then download to your computer via Zune, then use your internet email to forward send! How ridiculous is this,especially for a windows phone! This is basic stuff, i could do this 10years ago! Similarly try downloading a video from your email via the phone,Nope, not happening either. Really these are simple things i'm sure all of us would expect as standard.
Many apps just dont work in the same way once downloaded to your Lumia also. I have serious regrets about buying this phone already, which is sad as i always loved myold Nokias.
The list could go on....for me this phone is a big let down..maybe, just maybe they can sort this kids stuff out.

phone sucks big time, nokia should have stuck to their own os .bad judgement by nokia like netflix decision . and we all know where that went. goodbye nokia

Launch Zune.
1. If you saved the ringtone to a folder that's monitored by Zune, it will already be in your collection somewhere. Otherwise, you simply drag it into the Zune window.
2. Select the Ringtone, right click it and select Edit.
3. select the Genre box and type "Ringtone" (no quotes). Then hit Enter to close the dialog.
4. Now syn your ringtone to your Lumia 80.
5. On the phone, you can visit the Ringtones + Sounds interface in Settings, System. Tap the Ringtone box and you will see custom ringtones will appear on the top, in the "Custom" section.
P.S.: The ringtone must be less than 40 seconds long and smaller than 1MB.

don't listen to me or who are saying bad things about lumia800.
please use it and then u will realize,how good this phone is.
I am using this phone from last 4 months now,i was facing problem about battery and freeze problem,But after the latest update from no0kia care centre,all the problems are solved,now,no hanging or freezing and battery life is also good.
easy to use,dont compare with other phones.
this phone is brilliant in his own.
i had anroid,it was good too and and for apple lovers,i love that phone too.
but please try not to say anything without using the phone and by just listening and saying bad things about other phone.
this is not my first phone from nokia,I love my LUMIA and just try it in store,Im sure u will buy it then U will love too :)
