The battery is bad..m using since approx 2weeks. My handset doesnt hang or switchoff randomly its working perfectly but the battery lasts for few hours only if m playing a game.n in standby it lasts till the evening but that too when i havent yet inserted sim card in it.

I purchased nokia lumia 820 on 31 st march. now it gets switched off a lot off time when I call. Battery backup is also poor. Please suggest what is the problem? will it solve from nokia care? or this will continue?

manish, 04 Apr 2013lumia 720 is better than 820.Yes, who prefer video caling (better frontside camera & battery), but L820 is better if you prefer photography, gaming (more RAM and better backside camera), of course, in both cases we need srtonger battety :)

That L 720 is better then L 820..As 720 is yet not launchd & if ur saying as per specification, Then in that case both handsets have there own advantages and disadvantages..like 720 is having better batery, glass protection... But 820 is having better Processor, Ram, amoled display & dts sound. So stop putting crap statment in forum.

having been using the lumia 820 and keep wondering why when one is calling you,the phone vibrates only once unlike the other the asha,e series family and other nokias.someone please assist.
