Is is true this phone doesn't have a notification light? do we have to turn the phone periodically to check if we have new messages, emails, missed calls, Facebook notifications, etc.
I know the following is trivial but it'd be nice if it' present:
Can we have a full screen picture for incoming calls?

Nokia can never come up with Windows Phone.
I purchase Lumia 820 last week and had to sell it yeasterday after 7 days of suffering.
I could not play my movie collections (most of the formats are .mkv)
I could not reply my client's mail attaching a reference documents in the reply/forward mail.
Could not download files from internet (except mp3 and few other video format)
Can not even edit my documents saved in MSOffice 2007 format.
There was not torrent application that download file to my phone.
Used to automatically shutdown itself, atleast 10-12 times in 7 days.
There are so many other suffering.
Buy Windows Phone at you own risk >>>>>>>>>>>>
I buyback my 7days old Lumia 820 with Samsung Android bearing 10000 INR loss.

hey guys confused between 720 and 820 both seem to b gud dvices jst the dfference is that camera, ram, fps, connectivity(4g) pls suggest me the best one.

ebi, 11 Mar 2013my brother has this phone,and he is saying its great but i... moreDude with 1.5 Ghz 820 is 2 times faster than S3 and regarding 1GB RAM, WP can run on 512MB of RAM without a lag. The reason being Android is laggy, unstable OS whereas iOS & WP are way stable platform, you need to use the phone to it's fullest before you make a conclusion about it's OS or App availability.

I'm from Chennai and it's very frustrating not to get Lumia red. I've been searching endless across mobile showrooms and all say only black and White available :( Wish Nokia had planned their stocks better :(

less, 11 Mar 2013the phone is horrible the battery life is only 7 hours ,not... moreI have this device and battery backup is good, lasts a day. Only drains fast with heavy 3G/4G internet usage. It is good with calls, txts, music, 2G internet.

but for 7 hrs is not all that bad for nowadays phone, my blackberry do pretty much the same. Well aint it what powerbank for :D

but in my opinion it can be better!
no image stabilization
vga camera
1.5 mhz speed
and the most important thing, it has only 1 gb ram
in my opinion it should be more for wp

I thought I would be daring and by a windows phone. The best choise I have made in ages. This phone is links to my laptop. Its easy to use and link email acounts. The Nav/maps are outstanding. Im old, 59 I never expected to use Nokia Scout or City lense. Fantastic. Nokia music I think I will go to a local gig. 20 out of 10.

The phone is much more ergonomic and better in the hand than in the pictures. probably among the most beautiful I have ever had.
Wirelessly charging I got free with the phone and it's more convenient than charging via USB.
WP8 is simpler and made me a better customization than Android. I used Android 1.5 year, just I never laid probably depends from person to person.
