Jst lyk in windows pc where C drive files are kept hidden & should nt be accessed or managed by user to keep system running ok similar to dat windows phone also does not provide access to its system files which are in phone memory.
2.yes it can be charged with Qi wireless chargerbt u vl have to buy it seperately.
3.battery lasts for more than 20hrs with moderate usage(calls,browsing,music,photos)

using dis phone for more than a week nw.I was amaze with features dis phone carries.Even though there are few limitations it wont be fair enough to compare dis phone with samsung androids coz Nokia is far ahead of them in terms of technology.
Windows has less apps compared to others bt in reality is anyone going to use all those 7lakh apps dat android provids?I am satisfied with current apps on my phone.

I`m asking that because I saw this phone doesn`t have "file manager" -wtf, I guess it will not be a problem for me if I can use USB cable for doing that :D
Yes you can view internal memory too but not all folders, only some like music, videos and pictures..and you can create new folders too. I have put some documents in internal memory so phone can see those.
2. can you charge it wireless? how? it comes with this kind of charger in the main pakage?
You need a wireless Qi standard charger(same used for nexus 4) and a wireless charging shell which you have to buy separately.
3. batery average 1-2 days? I will not download mp3 on it ,I will not use torrents, but I`ll check my mail, facebook, I`ll send pictures via whatsup.
Based on your usage you should get 24 hours+ on a single charge. If you watch videos online it will come down further.
4. can I setup 3 email acounts? (I`m on android now and it’s main email client can do this!)
Yes you can. I have 4 on mine.

I’ve been looking for a few days now at the features of this phone and found some usefull information here from your comments.
I have some questions:
1. if you connect this phone to PC with an usb cable - can you copy/paste/erase something on his internal memory ? I guess the SD card is ok with that!

I purchase Lum... moreWell, to play specific format files (.mkv) you gonna need specific codec too, wbich may not be available on every player :).
thats some weird fact, i always succesfully attached files to the emails, given the attachmment did not go over the max size for files attached to email.
err, what kind of file you are dowloading and not to prevail? And what size? Sometimes the carrier limit how big the files can be received in mobile phone.
in the matter of office files, the phone is very capable to edit or create .docx files or .xlsx, the phone wont edit .doc files, maybe because theyre older type of files.
torrent on mobile phone? Really? That'll be over kill to the battery :D which btw will be very nice to have bigger battery on this phone lol.
i dunno about the frequent shutdown, my phone even insist to keep up alive everytime i shut it down and charge it:p
hope you found better phone to replace the old yours mate:)

[deleted post]In regards to your pro/cons here some i have in my experience/knowledge:
1. I did downloaded file attachment from emails while using other apps. I also dloaded apps while using other apps, so i guess its not a problem to wp to tackle such multi tasking.
2.as much as the market goes, iOS n android also require an id to legally install apps to the system. Its justvthe way the game played by companies to track the users habit n trying to sell more to us lol.
3. I never dloaded any mp3 using ie10 in wp yet:p, so nothing i can say but but is possible to dload picture and some other files.
4.true it is currently not possible to rename or see the details of photo collection.
5.never tried it yet to send video over bluetooth, but i guess we can still use nfc.
6. Well, i succesfully deleted some of my mp3 files in the phone using delete option after longpress the file name.
7. Funny, the whatsapp smiley is there:) might be different version?
8.no experience on the matter :p
9. No file manager, sooo true, i hate this fact that they dont give us option to sort what do we want to keep or to trash in our phone:))

Its a superb medium type phone,
but its display is disappointing (only 217ppi)
Nokia is using less ppi displays for cost reduction & for battery saving.
Xperia V is comparatively better option

I have had the Nokia Lumia 820 for about 3 weeks now. I found the speaker quality to be very poor, the microphone is hopeless - basically you can't hold it to your ear and talk, you need to put the person on speaker (which is really tinny) and talk directly into the end of the phone otherwise they can't hear you (or going bluetooth is a better option). I don't know if this is how the phone is or if I had a faulty phone ...

hey guys lumia 820 is awesome in all ways its jst amazingly fast than android i have used Note GT7000 but its gets slower as time of period but one thing i am jst hanged up that storage space of phone gets filled up fast as it has an "other" folder in phone storage how to clear that please guys does any one knows about it...
