freeze, 15 Oct 2013am using it & its awsome.. nw trying to change for Lumi... moreLumia 820 is better for hardware, it has 1 GB RAM, while Lumia 625 wins for 4G internet and newer software with affordable price (maybe not affordable some people think).

i am using this mobile ... till now didnt faced any problem... sooper phone ... camera is very nice... compare to android galaxy grand which have same mp camera. touch is ossom. guys dont just comment anything before buying or experiencing ..

Worst phone i have ever used..now i cant think anything positive about this phone. OS is failed one..window is good till laptop/computer they are fail in smartphone category. Having loadz of issue with this phone. Today when i went for factory reset to solve another bulshit issue "other storage issue" phone got stuck and its been almost 2 hours phone is still resetting OS. God knows when its gonna restart. M planning to sell this one and will go bcak to Android.

sajjad289, 10 Oct 2013really?! I don't know buy it or not!!!!!!Better not choose Lumia series today, the OS is not mature. Many things should be done with PC, fot example if you add ringtones to be availabe to be set for ringing ringtone for your phone, it is suggested to transfer ringtone via PC. Android do this no need PC. Other example, if you would like to copy paste, move file, remove file in SD card, you can't. But if you choose Android, you can do it with file manager.

i saw a lot of post in here regarding amber updates for 820 but i didn't find it useful at all even after getting amber update. i am using this since 7 months but except the UI part what is the value add in the windows mobile 8 ? even the apps which are coming in windows store are just like not worth to download.

People.....never buy Lumia 820....it has the cheapest quality screen and breaks even if it slips from ur hand at a height of 2 feet....Nokia are earning big time replacing the screens.......rather buy samsung core and have a better and durable phone

rumours are there that the back buttons may be removed in windows phone in next windows phone 8.1. instead the on screen back icon will appear it seams . and drag to end apps is also included. so microsoft is going to add new sort of multitasking feature . and a notification toggle like in android may be introduced now:-) my question what should we do with the back button if its functionality is deactivated:-).
