Brother u try to hard reset your device or else flash it fresh with Nokia cares help. Surely it will solve this kind of problem.

hi all, i am from Sri lanka, todate i have not received the Amber update on my phone. but i have got updates like glance etc from the app store.
is it only for me or is it the same across the world? why is nokia delaying? any feedback and help would do....
for trusting the OS and sticking with Nokia, Nokia must not disappoint its customers.

No doubt it's an awesome device.
but one problem I'm facing is when I share any photos(Captured from Device Camera) via Bluetooth,after completion the progress,it hangs automatically.after that I've to open the battery & restart the device again.
guys any solution???
I'm new in windows phone & my device is not updated to Amber.

recently i have purchased lumia820.but the same day started problems. mainly once i off the phone, i canot
start it again. showed some nokia care center and told
me that this is software problems. i dont know what to do and how to solve.

NOKIA LUMIA 820 AMBER UPDATE, for Telenor Serbia, at last today, October, 6th. What is interesting in Availability in Europe Lumia Amber update status for Serbia Lumia 820 is not listed. Even not in Waiting for approval status. But Amber is here, whole update process lasts no more than 10 minutes.

Infact the country you reside or you bought the phone is not important in this matter; the thing that must catch your focus is the box of your phone which has a Blue color (or any other) label on it and contains the two Letter form of the name of the handset's country.
Now check the box which in some countries the name of the countries stated as (CV(Which stands for Country Variant) {2letter form} = CV Gh)

I am using Lumia 820 frm last 6+ month without having single issue...simply awesome phone and even more happy after Amber updates..

Did someone got the update from at&t. I still getting nothing. Nokia said all Lumia will get the update last month and we are in October. I hate at&t and Nokia now. I will go back to Android if they still doing this.

i had a820,and i experience always the software problem. every body is complaining same thing.. i dont know how i can over come this.
