I bought this mobile yesterday ... moreMy dear old download Zune software and I can upload and download your docs. And old follow the manual. Windows phone is not for kids, this is Prof platform for only professional. Its take time but owns U use to of this U start enjoying this phone. I love Nokia lumia

it was amazing untill i read that lumia don't have java
this make me confused between xperia and lumia

Android has advantages in file manager, apps and games in Play Store, notification bar, shortcut. While Lumia 820 is Windows Phone 8, doesn't has file manager, more secure, performance is smooth.
All depend on you, what you preference is. Do you like file manager, many games support? You can go for Android (choose Xperia V if you are outdoor people). Vice versa, do you like smooth performance, seldom lag? Don't care about file manager? Want secure system? Go for Lumia 820.

I got talked into a nokia lumia 820 windows phone by a Verizon customer service rep about 7or 8 months ago. I am now on my 3rd nokia 820 with the same problem. Verizon won't replace it with a different phone.The phone shuts off randomly, even with a full charge. Verizon and Nokia always say that they haven't heard of that problem before. The complaints are all over the internet about that problem. Do not buy a nokia windows phone and don't trust Verizon.

1. Open PDF files that saved in microSD
2. Can't attach documents or other files that available in microSD via email
3. Can't open documents from microSD
4. Can't open videos in microSD

If that doesn't do any good pls hard reset your phone once!

also try apps like flashlight to see whether its a camera fault or hardware problem of the flash itself
