Please anybody help me....
I bought this mobile yesterday but I am not able to watch movies in dual audio (.mkv , .flv files). Also I copied few of my docs to this phone but not able to find them.
Pleade help me in this regard.

hi to all .
everybody will be having their own requirements as per regarding mobiles . i can strongly say that there is no perfect mobile in this world. there is always a clash between windows phones and android phones. many feel that android is better OS than windows 'coz it has been developing latest versions. and windows has a limited apps support. it may be nokia , samsung , sony , micromax watever tha brand maybe . my only suggestion is that pick the phone according to ur requirements and just dont buy on seeing the features or its design or the brand.

People, I am a very happy proud and smart user of the LUMIA 820.
I have this phone from past 10 days.
1>No lags
2>Excellent battery backup
just enable battery saver,disable xbox integration in games settings,use 2g as possible,brightness low and u will get 1 full day of battery with games as temple run,jetpack joyride
4 hours of movies,lots of music,surfing etc.
3>Screen is toooooooooooooooooooooooo good.
4>Camera is awesome i=even in low light due to dual flash and lenses are very good too.

My old nokia 5230 was far better than 820. I miss connection manager, call log, speedy internet and background downloading features which was available in 5 year old symbian os. We are waiting for simple features like data sense ,glance setting , fm radio which are very simple features. We have to wait another 2-3 years to get all the important features which are available in basic android phones.i truly regretting
by purchasing this device.

LUMIA 820 is a best phone. Using for last 3 months. Till date no complaints Regarding apps i have all those apps as per my requirements and never felt lack of apps in app store. Picture quality is very good of this phone. You have every basic app on board

Thanks for the reply. I don't still update Lumia 520 firmware because there isn't available update yet. I had checked it to on www.nokia.co.id/dukungan (it's Indonesia).
For Lumia 820 has the new firmware. I knew it from the above website.

How awful in your opinion with Windows Phone 8? In my opinion, although Windows Phone 8 can't read files directly from microSD, can't play videos after download them, can't set message ringtone with downloaded ringtones many days ago that saved in microSD, doesn't has other option in attaching email, overall Windows Phone 8 is good.

Your question was general, so I assumed "if you have Lumia Windows Phone 8 and the Amber update available, how do you update your device without using wifi?"
If the device must uses wifi for update firmware, my option is use PC.

this phone is awful, can't wait to buy a new one, i wish i had my money back. never more in my life a wp...i'm very angry becouse i thought nokia a serious brand...save yr money, buy something else...
