I thought this was the last true nokia for my shelf....but turned out to be the worst. GPS don't work (un-reliable), camera too slow focus and worst SD card gets stuck in slot! Please stay away...terrible phone! Only design is good!

Whatever problems i faced after installing win 10 are rectified now by doing hard reset. Please do like this...switchoff the phone, press volume key down hold it..press power button once and hold the volume down key till you see a question mark on screen. then immediately do volume up, volume down, power button press. It starts the reset process, when it ask to transfer data from your old ID or start afresh, then select start afresh..you are done. No issues of anykind after this including camera app. new camera app is good that the old one which was meant for 8.1

After reading all the problems users are having after updating to WM 10, I have decided to listen to my local Nokia service agent who suggested to wait till ALL bugs and other hick ups have been fixed before updating.
I'm perfectly happy with WM 8.1 and Denim and a battery life of a day and a half with reasonably heavy use.

What what you does with it I'm also using the same phone which has been updated to windows 10 while charging it when it full don't remove it on charger let it remains for some minutes or hour for full charge I observed this recently

I have to r... moreThe battery lasts on my L830 for a day under above average usage (3g internet always on), with still 20-30% remaining late in the evening. After the update I have noticed quicker battery drain, especially when browsing the web through wifi. I have been using this battery since last August, so it is still relatively new.

Hello pals I just updated my Lumia 830 three days ago now it runs windows 10 I can say is super fast no hitting but gat only one problem the formal camera 📷is changed to windows camera 📷 is there any way which I can get my camera back

Update to win 10 everything looks fresh and new. Only thing i notice is screen refresh rate is same slow as earlier as i feel 1GB is not enough for this mobile

I have installed upgrade adviser from store, then i got the win 10 update notification on phone. now the update is running, lets see how it goes after it finished. will give my feed back once it is done.

-sucks up more battery after update to 10 .
-I get "adding finishng touches to photo" after taking photo then photo looks worse now after update.
- cant uninstall weather app now
-IE browser has improved
-little improvements on tile features
-little buggy
-overall nothing to get excited about

Anyone else notice that after upgrade to windows 10 from 8.1 that the camera quality goes down ? ..my camera would take amazing crisp , clear photos now after upgrade it's like my camera went from 10megapixel to 2 megapixel.. I'm sick and tired of these windows phones..they seem so far behind other phones..The internet browsing on these phones have been a nightmare for me ..will sell it and never buy again . Sure after update you get extras like a flashlight,stopwatch..etc but those things are already built in other phone models like iPhone for example from the get go .....these phones are so far behind ..goodbye windows..
