what is your exact firmware. and is it international version or AT&T version model.
I still have this issue. For now, i use a headset, until i find some time to go to nearest service centre and get it repaired. I was told by nokia care that they need to send it to Delhi for getting it repaired, for which they require atleast 15 days time.

I cant say that its better but it unique on its own. However if you want a very social smartphone and this is for you but if youre a power user . Then this is not for you. I enjoy this because it is refreshing to me and it is cheap right now.
