Just bought this phone last week.. Pretty gud, simple, and fast.. I hv glaxy note and iphne4 too, well you can't compare this phone to them, each phone hv their own strong points and weakness. For me android is too complicated and iPhone is too mainstream. If Nokia develops more apps to this phone, I think it would be great.. And the camera is good.. But I expect more than that because nokia did an awesome job with n8's camera.

i haven't tried the lumia 900 but i do have the lumia 800.
i sold off my iphone4 and got this. i also have a sony xperia s running icecream sandwich.
i must i wasnt disappointed. the lumia range is excellent and a good refreshing change from Ios or android.

I recently bought the N9 in Argentina. Had a Galaxy S before and was so disappointed beacuse of the horrible battery life. Now I´m very satisied with my N9, but i´m wondering to change to a Lumia 900, which will be released here shortly. Would that be a clever desicion??

If the windows apps are offered for free like the android app and if they allowed a storage card as all the windows phones Don't allow for that then I feel the sales of windows phones will go through the roof as the new windows software is amazing because it is simple,super fast,flawless and different than the iPhone software which is the same with the android which is getting boring. Don't get me wrong I am enjoying my Samsung 3 with android but I feel if the choice of apps was the same and the storage card was available I would definately switch to the windows software.

I have had the Nokia lumia 900 for a couple of months after owning a Nokia N8 since it came out in 2010. I tried the Iphone4s for a little a while and went back to me N8. I can tell you this the Lumia 900 is a great phone. The OS is great quick and simple. There is no way possible an Android is better then this phone or an Iphone. Symbian had the same layout and was just as good as Android. The camera is one thing i really miss with that the Lumia can't compare to my N8. Everything else is great. Android and Iphone are out dated OS. Time to move on! Wp8 is going to be even better with pure view camera. can't wait!

It's sad to know that the phone is rated among the best phonez in the world, but theirs still no difference from other phonez apart from the os.. Not good!!

Oh dear Nokia, you made big mistakes in the past. First, you abandoned Symbian. Second, you abandoned Meego. Third, you don't want to abandon WP. If you continue like this, you will die within 2 years. It's too sad!!! :( I am sad because of you. You were awesome in 2007, 2008 for example. WP looks so boring(at least for me). Please change the UI, and maybe I will buy a Lumia phone. ;)
Anyway, Nokia you made a great job at making this one! :)

I bought this phone and only use it for few hours and could not believe how bad the software was compare to iPhone or Android Device. I did return the phone back.

I got this phone on contract and is awesome butit isn't my pick I would perfer my Samsung captivate to this phone

ok now, guys, Lumia 900 sports Windows Phone and is upgradable up to version 7.8 So what? I own a WP device since 2010 and has got all upgrades from 7.1 and it will also accept 7.8.
7.8 is essentially WP8. WP8 will be 100% backwards compatible. The only difference is the kernel that will make it possible to utilize multi-core CPUs
SO WHAT? does this phone has multi-core CPU? NO.
will this phone get all WP8 goodies? most probably YES.
Believe me, get this phone, it will grow on you, and soon you will forget of all the stupid tech specs that keep you from buying it. Borrow one for a month and I guarantee you will never go back to your iphone or android. iPhone will look ancient and android a joke...
It is nice, fluid, fast even on a single core CPU. It's a phone people, so stop looking for server specs for your phones... Trust me you will enjoy this one.

I got this phone yesterday on contract and I must say, it rocks, it has everything I need in a phone.... the performance is very fluid, the games run smoothly, the market place has more than enough apps, the camera's top notch, Nokia Drive is a dream, and it fits perfectly in my hand and my pocket.
The way I see it, I'd rather the world be taken over by Windows than a little green Android.

wait for wp...:-) hd screen..:-) good battery backup..:-) all apps avaliable like ur desktop..:-)and blazing fast and butter smooth os..:-) good and great navigation..for free!!:-) suprb buld quality...:-) excelent camera..:-) good price tag..:-) totaly mindblowing..:-)soooo ...wait....:-)

The software sucks and is bias. No camera extras, angry bird, plants vs zombies , Xbox companion for the Philippine market. I really regret buying this phone. The hardware was nice but the software biased was a big let down. Without software the hardware would be a piece of junk. I was a Nokia supporter even had the n9 before I got the nokia lumia 900. It really is a big disappointment.

its very bad phone guys..dont just waste your money.This windows 7.5 sucks big time.Even Symbian belle,Meego os is way much better than this.I will suggest you guys,if you want to buy windows phone..than plz wait for windows 8.

is there any SIP application is installed on this phone. I am using E6 and looking for big screen phone. Unfortunately E7 is no longer. however that was a good one. Please confirm for SIP in this phone

I don't the fact that there is no slot for additional memory, also if you open more thatn one apps, you have to go back and back, as many times as windows you have open, just to cluse it.
All have to be fixe it.
