You can't fire him unless you're at least the shareholder.
You can force to bankrupt them by changing your phones.
But, there are still many people out there, who are so fool enough to buy the Nokia products.
In fact, I was one of them.
Besides, presumably they're going to release the WP8, which is probably better than WP7 in many ways.
So, none of them is going to happen.
P.S.
But, I can say this.
DO NOT TRUST the five stars on the Amazon.com! Unless otherwise, you're screwed.

P.S.
I'm sorry I posted my opinions, EVEN WITHOUT USING WP7.
I know some people hated to see that.
But, I had to.
For those who, didn't buy WP7. Congulaturations!
For those who, already have bought WP7.
You should blame the Nokia, Microsoft for that. Mostly people who gave the five stars on the Amazon.com if I may say so.
Perhaps next time, I will try to comment after I buy WP8.

1) WP8 will share a core with the next generation destop OS W8.
After all, a phone is quite different from a compter. Why would they do that? I have no idea. Really.
2) Now they support an expandable strage in the WP8. But, you know what, no matter how they say they support an expandable strage, you guys can't use it.
You know why? Because there is no way for you to connect it with your WP7!
Wait a minute, that's not true, right? Because you can use the strage through the Cloud!
Well done, Microsoft, well done!
Besides, a phone is different from a compter. So, who cares!
Well, you trust your precious Nokia all right. Just recommend your friends this Lumia 900 if they are, forgive me the expression, fool enough to buy it even now.
Very funny.

An iPhone 3GS released in July 2009 will still get the iOS 6 upgrade released later this year; a Nokia Lumia 900 released this spring will be outdated by the autumn.
Elop is a traitor, he was paid to sabotage Nokia.. FIRE HIM!...Every decision he's made so far has been disastrous! - No support for MeeGo, abandoning Symbian in 2016, etc. The worst news of all being that current WP devices wont be updated to WP8!!! Are you kidding me? This is A HORRIBLE IMAGE for both MS and Nokia. Watch as sales of WP7 devices plummet drastically ....
To Windows Phone users: MUahahahahaha Told ya
After using Nokia phones for 8 years, i have finally switched to samsung. Why ? because Stephen Elop is the plague that is killing nokia......and unless they get rid of him and find someone who can cure/remedy his so many disastrous decisions, Nokia is going to go down like the Titanic, slowly but surely :(

despite of carrying gr8 features, owners of N900 are not satisfied with the upcoming upgrade path(win8 or just win7.8). in this i am with N900 owners. Nokia should provide upgrade to win8, anyhow.
i was a fan of Nokia & symbian. but now even basic range of Nokia getting head to head competition with Samsung. they are lost in the woods. and partnership with MS is just unsatisfactory. whatever shit MS does now will affect NOKIA. and NOKIA just cant do anything for that. they are helpless.
they should have concentrated on in house OS. Meego OS is a BOMB. Meltemi could have supplied some Oxygen to Nokia's dying (Samsung's feature rich mobiles killing them) low and mid range mobiles.
Samsung is playing well. they are focused. they understood the importance of a super OS like Meego and working on TIZEN. TIZEN going to Rock and Lift Samsung way above NOKIA.
Nokia, Do something or in some years we are going to see you getting Bankrupt & Dead.

multi core?
i dont believe android can utilise more than single core..
even i own a single core device (xperia play) but im happy with it.
i'd rather choose 1.7ghz single core compared to 1.5ghz dual core.
for this lumia..i like its design..as long it can run whatsapp.

each phone has its own technology and its own style.
as everyone of us know in this highly emerging market we all might not love the blackberry. but its wrong. there are millions of people who even love blackberry. and there are millions of guys who go behind apple blindly without knowing what it is. there are some people i have seen who just dont know to do anything except call msg camera.. but they own an apple i phone just for the name. similarily each and every brand has its own style. so without proper knowledge we just cant blame blackberry or nokia

I always wanted to purchase the Lumia 800, but I need a phone which I can use Skype, so I waited. Also because I want to see if bigger screen 900 may suit me better.
After seeing the 900 in person, I do not like it, because for a phone with such a large overall dimension, the screen is consider small (only 4.3"). Phones with similar dimensions (i.e. HTC One X, Galaxy S3, LG 4X HD etc.), come with 4.7"/4.8" screen, and the 900 is much thicker too!
The material used in the 800/900 feel flimsy, as I can tell from the shiny volume rockers - they feel lose, and worst of all, they have very sharp edges!!! ... I was trying out the 800 & 900 working phones; not those dummy in the store.
The Lumia 800 or 900 are not cheap phones to purchase, the selling price in my country is directly competing with top line cell phones like Motorola Raza Maxx, HTC One X, GS3 etc.
I'll take any of those phones mentioned above over the Lumia 900 anytime.
I'm using the HTC One X, and will be picking up my GS3 in a couple of days' time.
It's so sad to see that Nokia going out of cell phone business soon!? ... I used to love Nokia phones especially their high end phones. I've owned every 8 Series models Nokia produce, including the latest 8800. I even owned a Vertu constellation a few years back. Nokia phones has got the best/strongest signal reception compare to any other cell phone maker, and their speaker phones are powerful. Though in-call voice reproduction quality Motorola is still the Number One.
