How will you feel if don't get to use the phone for 20 preceding days after you buy it. The 1st month is supposed to be the exciting, when you try out all options on the phone and rave about it, and I have been robbed of it. the phone came out of the box with problems, guess you will understand when you will face the music, till then enjoy.

Hey guys, my office colleague brought lumia 920 2 weeks before, after 1 week his phone has problem with network drops. n nokia ppl didn't give him replacement of just newly 1 week phone, instead of they repaired the same. can anyone knew about replacement of nokia lumia phone policy?

It's like not wanting to use a custom made PC because someone will have opened it at some point. Grow up, pick up your phone, test it to see if it's repaired and complain that the handset was broken out of the box. Don't complain that your phone was fixed

Live... Or outlook. this will let you go on and download from store. . Also while your in accounts set up your Nokia mail/ account. And face book and twitter. And then check out your people hub. AnonD-82281, 19 Feb 2013Why would they send a defective phone to R&D - research... moreSorry to say, but I have replaced my set within few days of purchase in India, issue was the most famous one, Dust inside the front facing camera and proximity sensor, screen going black as soon as call is connected. I agree that the set is cool but still you have to accept that there is design flaw, which is resulting in dust entering inside the front facing camera. Do some search on net before making forget comments.
