I had the same problem and I have given my phone for replacement even some dust was accumulated on the front camera.

I bought an iphone 5 two days ago and i returned it back cos the phone sucks.. Its battery is not good.. And many more things.. Dont wanna say cos i may get banned here.. Make sure you have turn maps of and other gps background tasks. They are burning away in background. You don't need them on. Turn it all of. Completely reset. . See how it goes. Remember to do complete battery drains and complete recharge's first few times. This will enhance battery performance. If all your problems still persist. Take it back for a new one. Goodluck

Advisor, 22 Jan 2013This is not silent mode. Its called vibration mode. C'mon m... morePeople look closer. Go into settings . Turn of vibrate/ring. Come back out. Press volume rocker. What used to be vibrate/ring will now say silent. . Problem solved

Guys I have a strange problem with my lumia 920 (unlocked India version with portico update). I purchased it 3 days back. When I use the phone while it's connected to the wall charger sometimes it's touchscreen becomes unresponsive. When I have to lock and unlock the phone using the power button everything again becomes normal. This happens quite a few times while charging.
Other than the above mentioned problem my phone froze once for which I had to do soft reset.
I want to ask is this happening with me only or others are experiencing it too.
And is there any solution to it?? Should I take it to Nokia care??

How wats app works on this phone..because some reviews on windows phone store is bad about the performance of wats app..?? Can anyone tell me..
