We should respect nokia's hard labour in giving us innovative technologies in the fields of camers,touch etc...morever it is giving us a pure os like ios....i think windos phones would b very similar to our desktop functionality...if thid is true then we must give it a chsnce bkz with a phone we r connected to net on the go.

kriegsherr, 06 Sep 2012i am so frustrated to see that many people are talking abou... moreif android phone is optimized out of the box then why you need to root or install another rom.. bottom line you cant get good android phone with lots of bug-less functionality by not changing phones rom
some phone out today putting specs in diff. plastic casing while others keep pushing even those useless application then eventually promotes those as innovation.. must try it before posting non sense comment

Soon, Nokia will only be making Lumias, Motorola RAZRs and Sony Xperias (I guess Samsung will make other phones than Galaxy this and Galaxy that). And we'll have to be able to tell them apart somehow.

micro SD Card support would have added more friends,ye the designer has made a great shortage.
no compromised here.
but, FM Radio with RDS is a must have for any high end smartphone.

I still think this is the future of mobiles despite the photo promo stuff up. The camera is very good and WP8 has far greater upside and potenial than Android. Regardless, the future has started and all other os manufacturers need to wake up real quick. This is the real deal.

although i am an android user for 2 years now but seriously this phone is amazing on nokias side...but when it comes to the OS meh its not my OS...but i am defiantly going to buy it as a Second phone for the camera...other specs are not that interesting

i have used, Nokia E7, N9, LG Optimus P920, xperia neo, iphone 4S, Evo 3D
the only reason i switched from nokia because it had limited apps and android on N9 wasn't that big of a deal
i am positive this phone will be amazing

Love this phone but seems too heavy and no external memory card. I have the lumia 900 and it is great. I will be switching to the lumia 820 not the lumia 920 for those reasons. Regardless I salute Nokia for making beautiful looking phones and windows for providing a more superior software to ios and android.

If it was with built in it symbian or Meego...imaging how hundreds of milions would be sold in few month....as forthis winmo phone is like having robot on your pocket while someone else is keepin you throw that phone on research just like with ios!
