Hi 🙋 ibought this phone in 970AED in Dubai its around 270$ actually I bought from someone he's not windows user so believe me its excellent better then Sony or Samsung.

false advertising, 31 Jul 2014I have sent the same spreadsheets to an iPhone and Galaxy S... moreis office free on the iPhone 5s/6 and Samsung galaxy 5. No! it requires an office 365 subscription which is expensive period. No deal. sticking to WP

I have had this phone for a few days now. One of the best phones I've used in a long time. Windows ios has definitely improved since it launched. I currently have iphone 5s, htc one M8 and LG g3. All great phones for different reasons. Battery life on the Lumia is not that bad. It will improve as you start using the phone - after a full day of emails and some internet browsing I still have 60% battery remaining. Definitely recommend the Lumia 930.

Jiri, 30 Jul 2014How to 'kill' sales of a kind good new phone? Lumia 930 is ... more1) With 32GB on board and 7GB free cloud storage, that is more space than the vast majority of people use anyway. My last phone had 16GB and I didn't use it all up. I would have preferred a card slot but with WiFi everywhere now and advances in cloud storage it's not an issue.
2) Who needs a glance screen? If I'm looking at the screen it's because I'm using the phone anyway.
3) 4K videos are a complete waste of time anyway unless you have a 4K screen to play them on, so unless you're going to buy an expensive telly to play your home movies on you won't even miss it and on a small screen like a mobile phone you're unlikely to be able to tell the difference anyway.

I have no objections to carrying a few extra grand around thanks to superior build quality and as for the excited spends and poor battery, some people just don't get that the Windows OS doesn't user as much power as anything else, it can't run any faster than it does! Battery is fine by the way and lasts at least as long as anything else I have had. Why not get your head out of the sand and just try one instead of sniping just because you have nothing better to do, you're simply making yourself look foolish.

It is this ridiculous Mobile Office on the Lumia 930 that is the problem.
Nokia / Microsoft have failed miserably with their own software and hardware, and the sooner they wake up to their feeblemindness the better for their sales.
I guess I will have to wait for the iPhone 6 or plunge into Galaxy S5.
