It is this ridiculous Mobile Office on the Lumia 930 that is the problem.
Nokia / Microsoft have failed miserably with their own software and hardware, and the sooner they wake up to their feeblemindness the better for their sales.
I guess I will have to wait for the iPhone 6 or plunge into Galaxy S5.

wilson, 30 Jul 2014Went to purchase a set..and found that it is not coming wit... morewas never included. In some markets you would get a wireless charging pad but I didn't even get that. I got just the phone and charger plus USB cable.
Amazing build, great OS and usability but little useful apps, horrendous retail package, poor battery and ... no SD ?

How to 'kill' sales of a kind good new phone? Lumia 930 is or would be probably one of the best phones available, BUT:
1) One of the most cons is the missing (micro) SD (XC) card reader / is 32GB really enough for everybody? We heard something similar in past, right... I can't understand the policy of not having this feature.
2) No Glance Screen? Sad. Just one more reason to skip this model.
3) FullHD video is good, but the most recent competition models also can make 4K videos, would be nice for Lumia as well.
And final note not to this model, but to Windows Phone OS in general - while still using Symbian Belle, and started with Windows Phone, I could not believe how the MS OS is simple and actually quite user unfriendly - comparing to Belle. Just an example - on Belle, home screens have a kind of applets, one of them can display most recent 3 messages of email right inside the applet icon (can see it without doing anything).
Another one, downloading/installing maps for Here (Nokia Maps) on WP is really ridiculous - must wait on the download screen opened and can't even switch to other app, otherwise the download is killed. Belle? It works simply in background!

Sam, 27 Jul 2014To be honest Samsung and iPhone have still the best camer... moredude u need to check ur knowledge again. Cause there r many comparative videos nd reviews. U must check those before commenting anything. Plz just dont comment anything. Cameras r always best in Nokia. If u really want to compare then sony would be the other best option available in android. By no way camera of samsung or Iphone comes near by.

wifi surfing S4(8h53m), S5(10h13m), iPhone5s(10h)

According to Notebookcheck the battery life of L930 is "phenomenal".
