well to the dude blow..my frend no offens but this shows ur lack of knwldge...u have d best phone in ur hand and it may b expensive but worth every penny ...for saving from txt it asks u where to save and u can choose or change urmesg memory to memry card memory in settings>option and for any doub u can email me or join my community in orkut>>>SIMPLY ASK...UR WELCOME...........TRUST ME ON CELL PHONE KNWLGE AND 3G IS D BEST FEATURE..ITS GEN NXT TEWCHNLGY ..EVEN W810 I DOEASNT HAVE IT/////CHEERS

one problem with n70 ME is when reciving bluetooth files it fills up really quick as all bluetooth files come trough as a text msg format and therefore will not allow you to save any files because there is not enough memory on the phone itself. a way to solve this is you can save your text msgs to your memory card.

i want to know whether one can have their own screeen savers in n70 coz i m using it for 4 months i still dont find a way to set screen savers of my choice...And onother thing is why doesnt the wall paper sets fully on the screen??...please help

The number of how many MP3s you can store in your phone will depend on its bitrate. Compressing the MP3 file will result to a poor audio quality (let's say from 128kbps to just 48kbps). Yes, you can compress MP3s using converters. If I were you, I would just limit the compression to only 98kbps. You may try this URL for a free download:

this phone has a nice shape nice opion
but it is so slow software

on the manual it says you can store upto 700 songs (3:45/48kbps) but I look at my mp3 files and it eats upto 4mb with running time of 4mins. so roughly I can just download 250 songs.
I heard you can still compressed mp3 files so that atleast I can double the number of my songs, Is it true?
Im also having problems with my keypads! sometimes it cant recognize the commands and sometimes it can! so Im hesitating to go to the vendor or is it possible because of the hang issue of this phone.

The other thing i want to clarify is that my mobile has only 21MB of internal memory.. But the review states that it has 35MB... Is this the case with everyone??

Hi All! Its been more than two months since i ve this N70 now.. and i think its rocking!! of corz it has some cons too.. i wld appreciate if somebody could help me out with some issues..
1)How do i get to know the firmware version of my mobile?? Somewhere in the review column i came came across something like upgrading the firmware.. Wy shud it be done??
2)This problem really sucks.. i play any MP3 files n when i get a SMS the song stops abruptly.. Is there any solution to get rid of this?? Are there any MP3 player softwares available for free?? If so where can i find it??

nice phone!...I got mine yesterday which was a gift from my dad but the manual was written in I think Chinese....is there any online manual for n70 in ENGLISH?...i really want to know all its feaures...

Hi guys. I love this phone all the wat, except last three days I have a problem with taking pics. Every time I try to get a pic, slide the thing in the back, camera turns on and off again. It repeats after 15 sec again, turn on, 2 sec later turn off. Please help me, thanks

Good day GSMarena users!!! I just want to share my opinion regarding the N70. Actually, Iam using N70 Music Edition the only difference are the following: color, mmc (which is included in the sales package), integrated music key function. All I can say is that I love this phone the operation is very fast and the camera is so so clear. Good job Nokia!!! More power.

why is my n70 signal not that strong compare to K750i? using same network on both phones. N70-3bars while K750i-Full bar and its more stable compare to N70. is it normal or my N70 got probelm?
