I have had the N70 for about 6mths now. upgraded to a 1GB DV MMC,
Works perfectly no malfunctions so far.
Would appreciate if someone could tell me where I can get file defragmenting software?

Guys, don't be misled by its name or popularity. It's all the same, except for a phone equipt with DVD-Audio sound processor. Hmm, when will that be...Enjoy!

Compared my asus v80, N70, se-w. No noticeable difference in sound quality...it depends on how you set the EQ...

@Sarja: Well then you need better headphones, i own iPod mini and it owns any other player or phone in music, the tones are simply perfect, there is no way a phone can beat an iPod, which plays highest quality music...

                  to joseph

rs-mmc is Redude size MMC, it's just a normal mmc that is made smaller, while DV-rs mmc means DUAL VOLTAGE reduce size mmc.. where DV rs mmc has a DUAL VOLTAGE(1.8v - 3.3v) for ur n70, it needs a DV not a rs mmc.. it cant read the normal RS mmc... got it friend?? till then.........

i've been using my n70 for since it first came out(bout 2 years or so).. even using the oldest firmware for this phone, its a big shock to me that other users are seeming to have lotsa problems with thiers, while im not(touch wood).. i think that the new versions of this phone has problems, and it might be the users who do not know how to take care of this valuable thing.... till then..

                      to soso...

there's a freeware called extended recorder for s60 phones and u can download it free on the net.. try using it, u'll have unlimited recording time depends on ur free memory.. i think it'll work.. about the clicking sound when you take photos, u can only switch this off when u set ur phone on silent mode.. k?? dont hesitate to ask about this phone, its great....

                        opinion varies.

To me w550i music quality in few fields beat iPod nano.

Wt evr, but i didnt the term ipod to mean a musical comparement.
                        New ipods quality is good.
As wel new w series music quality is good. Plz remem sony brand is much powerful in music.

                        Thnx. M lik iPod.

                                  SE w810 vs n70!
Not a fare play becz i hv said previously that compare of a symbian and a java phone is not wise!!!

W810 is realy special for music. And i think in the field of music the walkman phone realy rockz!
W810i not only beat the n70 music edition but also ipod and music player of microsoft(jun) as well!!

So, w seris is the best in the field of muzic!!

Music lovers take their decision v easily and the bonus w810i cam... Sad but true though SE use specific cam soft... The cam beat nokia camz!

After such a thing. N70 is a magic gift of symbian.
Symbian is the grt powr of n70

Its a much interesting blog sight about n70!
                                    Some says ... N70 roks,superb!
Some says ... Damn n70 with lots of bugs!

Bt, i think n70 is a good phone but not become totaly matured.
And the bugs is due to immaturity!

My suggestion to them who says n70 bad phon::
upgrade ur firmware . Nokia make it very easy for n70 users. Just go to their web site and descover the upgrade of n70 firmware over net facility! Hop most of the bugs will remove by tis.

My suggestion to ppl planing buy n70:
to get the new firmware_ go for the n70ME!

I dont think n70 is a good phone. But it will become better. And best time to time by the firmware of nokia as n6600; which also started a lots of bugs but by using firmware over 5 it become a superb symbian phone.

I dont think its wise to compare a java and a symbian phone.

                                    Thanks.
