Hies There......
I Recently Bought my NOKIA N-70.It seems to be very good in shape but there is an disadvantage of it that its working or processing speed is too slow.Sometimes it HALTS (stop working).Idont know that it is a problem with it or it is infected.Sometimes i thinks to spoil it and buy a new phone.
If somebody knows about the problem plz tell me i,ll shall be thankful to him/her.

hey all..
two questions for anyone who knoes the answers, they would really help me out..
Q1: My N70 occasionally plays the nokia tone instead of the ring tone that i have assigned. this happens for no apparent reason. anyone faced a similar problem? or knows how to fix this one?
Q2: is there any way to hide/password protect pictures, videos, etc on the N70? any recommended software and where i could download it from wud be vey helpful.. also, is there any way to move pics/videos so that they'll be out of the pictures and videos folder and put in some other folder..? i can't figure out how to..

i upgraded the phone not the software. anyway how do u install new themes from the internet to the n70?

Got the silver-black N70 last weekend (222 pounds)...quite happy with it
one question
is it true that u can use the N70 as a webcam to PC? How????

Battery life is bad though. Third day the battery as flat as an tyre. My ericson beat the phone there. Otherwise great phone.

The topic here is based on the N70
There are very good phones out there and the N70 isn't one of them
N70 is massive and it's exactly same as the 6680 exept the camera on the N70 is 2mega pixels
Keep well away from it, it's what you would call a problem h/set

To all the guyz who dun know what to buy....
i see you guyz comparing fones like, 3250, 6280, k750i, w900, E70 and n80
All these fones target different ppl, i must admit that i like n70, but i must say, there are some issues like the music player not being able to continue playing when an sms is received...
6280 has its problems, the pictures are somewhat too saturated even though it's 2mp with 1:3.2 focusing...
3250 has a weird camera-taking structure, which i personally think has lousy ergonomics...But, compared to n70 it has features XpressMusic...
k750i takes quite good images but the images seen on the phone look much better than those on the computer...but i kinda lyk it as well...
w900's pictures are much better and is solely a music phone, i'm prefer sth more productive...
E70 is definitely not exactly suitable for us, it's a pure business hpone, but u may want to get it,, even i like the functions. it's 2 mp w/o LED flash and there ae many shortcut buttons on the side..oso has i qwerty keyboard(i dun see how useful it is on a phone, although it's quite tempting, i type much faster with the current keypad)...
Lastly, i really like n80, tot of changing to it, BUT, cam pics somewhat low in quality..although 3mp cmos, sensor looks like it's 2mp... the mechanical macro is useful but a digital one would be better... other than that, n80 is a massive phone with power, but i'll still consider it and not fantasise bout it...
Phones are never perfect, we get what we think best suits us and is convenient for us, the rest is up to us to suit the phone..That is what's so interesting bout phones, no use arguing over it...I say nokia's good, but sony erricson has done really well too, samsung is good in other ways like lcd tv and motorola impoved it's os a lot...So, it's up to us to decide..

I'm gettin a new phone in a week or so, n i wanna know which is better N70 or 3250. I care bout music but the cam is important 2 me. I love the loox of 3250 n the cam of N70.
Please help me out here!

Pav this isn't a good phone and you truly don't know what you are talking about.
N70 is a brick phone, it's massive big and looks ugly and numberous of people out there are having loads of problems
The software is slow on the phone, it's horrbble keep well away from the Nokia brick and go for something better and smaller.
The Nokia N70 is good if u wanna use it as a brick to throw at people

stop putting stupid reviews here if u want to buy n70, jus go and buy it with warranty jus and put a 256mb memory card dont put a 512mb card, upgrade the firmware dats it.
it will work jus fine. u ppl here post bad reviews and spoil the name of such a good phone, u have to be patient wid this
and stop reading reviews here they are 100+ reviews and will confuse u more
remember nokia is the best frm so many years
and dont install s**t softwares in it

I compared a SE, too, but not here.
Get the N70! ;)
P.S.: Of course, I made those comparisons, thanks to oppinions on this forum & verifying the specifications of each of them.

hi, make sure the memory card is an MMC, else you going to damage the phone.
