Hi everyone...I am planing to buy a phone next week...I really want to know which phone is better, N70 or Nokia 6280???I need a phone basically for imaging and for good sound...so pleeeeeeeeeeeese help me...any help will be appreciated...THANX in advance...

come on guyz,tis hp is a good 1. veli good indeed. it doesnt hang as sum of u all were complaining bout. da camera is good,but it's quite a distance behind compare to Sony E's one. da speaker is quite a dissapointment,coz it's not loud enough nor clear enough. other den tat,everything is working extremely well.

the n-70 is a great phone,especially the sound quality,to get the best out of your phone use the nokia hs-23 handsfree.its really cool!!!!!!!enjoy

Very nice phone,2 questions (1) Can any one tel me how to turn on auto key gard function. (2) While on internet and chat sites how to let the phone update automaticaly without me manualy updating the web page?

N70 a may have a wonderful computer system, but was it test in daylight as it is impossible to read the screen.
The battery level indicator is impossible to gauge charge condition.
Size of screen script is too small,a magnifier glass should be supplied with mobile.
Too many manual operations required before the actual task becomes operational.
Grow a long index nail to operate key pad.
Do not attempt to use when driving a car.
It is the worst Nokia mobile phone I have ever owned!
Was it releast too early before consumer focus group feedback?

Firstly i wanna thanks Nokia :Conneting Peoples" and the things which i wanna inform u to all of the dudes always purchase the mobile from Direct Affiliated Company of Nokia coz through serial no of nokia software u can check it its original or not and they are marking and stamping same as finland but its assembeled in china market thats i have checked from Gcc market thats up 2 u sense believe or not for any further detail u can e-mail me at fear_418@yahoo.com.

Im upgrading in a few days time and was thinking about getting the N70.
Seriously, how bad or how good is it. Is it really as bad as every one says it is.
I have "played" with one a week ago for about 10 minutes or so and was rather impressed.Currently have the 6600.

I have had my N70 for about 5 months now and ma very happy with it, the symbian operating system is something to get used to, but I have had many symbian Nokia's before this one. All the features I have used have worked flawlessly, obviously it has improved with software. Our latest offering here in SA is V5.0609.2.0.1 and I will load mine soon although V3.0546.2.1 has been fine.
For the people who cmplain, get a life, Nothing is ever perfest for you, go and carry on with a 3310 that asks for the pin code immediately on start up if you're gonna complain.
Nokia, keep on making great phones.

My God! Is it that hard for someone to open the case?! There is a manual, too, you know...
And yes! The camera turns on, when accidentally slided, BUT when auto-lock mode on, it doesn't! Man! I wrote it here once...

replying the RARREC...
turn the set backwards n hold it is your left hand ( the casing opener button should be away from you!)
2.put ur right hand's thumb on the casing opener button n first finger on the 0 (zero) key on the keypad (which would be facing downwards)
3.press ur thumb n slide the casing AWAY from you!

i own a N70 and man what a phone it is! the possibility on running any type of file in it...be it JAR or SIS or anyother type makes it just a GAMING DECK too! (thats not so possible in sonyerricsson phones)YES! it is a little bit slow when its turned on but moving through the folders don take much time!
Sliding back,which activates the camera,is not good the users wo keep it in their jeans or other trousers! the back slides very easily and camera gets on even in KEYPAD LOCK position!
Yes it takes landscapes pics too and its body casings can also be changed! I have replaced the original one with one bought from the market!
screen resolution is much better if we compare the other older or present sets of nokia!
n my one other friend asked that whether the memory card of nokia 6600 useable in N70? the answer is NO! because the card of N70 is RS-MMC which is smaller in size but this RS-MMC can be used in 6600 by hooking it with jack available in the sales package!
Nevertheless this set makes the money u spend for it!

N70 really the best phone the symbian o.s of the n70 is very stable , i wonder why some people say the n70 sucks maybe they dont have a comonsence or a brain why? because the n70 works on a symbian o.s platform thats why its like a computer thats why it is slow wen your turning on the n70, please use your brain.....
