The photo taken for this 2MP, compare to 1MP (7610) Nokia or 0.3 (6600) MP Nokia phone is not as bright. Pictures are taken at automatic default mode and compared. Taken at the same location, N70 picture quality appears a bit blurish. The only thing that N70 wins is the detail of the picture. This does not encourage me to upgrade from my 1MP Nokia phone to N70. Moreover, N70 processor speed is double than of 7610, and there's no much difference between both, no improvement. N70 seems a bit slow...

I simply love pressing the keys :)
brilliant sound, lovely outdoor pics ... outstanding shooting ...
hopefully later firmware versions correct the close-up pics, for a nicer quality.

Im planning on getting this phone this week. I was just wondering if the phone doesnt slow down after you upgrade to 1GB of memory, cuz i was hopin on uploadin a LOT of MP3's in that phone. And i was thinkin maybe it would slow down or even hang if it gets too much memory. Thanks

Just got my N70 today. Already have Google Local for Mobile running on here and Salling Clicker and is controling my iTunes on my PowerBook with this sweet little Nokia. Thanks to eBay, PayPal, and FEDEX international shipping the whole transaction and deliver from Hong Kong to Sunnyvale, CA only took 48 hours! Loving this little device so far! :.)

ohhh..i forgot to mention its also a great mp3 player..surround sound(2 speakers) for each sides..whats best, it came with a 512mb mini sd card...

6270 is way better than n70...(my opinion)
in all aspect...the only advantage of n70 over 6270, is that its symbian...thats it...ei to tell u frankly, hu nids all those 3rd party softwares...as long as the phone runs "fast" (faster than n70), has a good camera and screen(better than n70), easy 2 use..bluetooth and infrared..easy pc sync..so i guess other feature that n70 has...hmmm...definitely i can easily live without...

yeah.. i used it about 3weeks ady, it quite nice, expecially the sound display.. and the 2 mega pixel too.. but its disadvantages was it may take some time to load some software or program...and.. second vga camera doesnt perform so well, i means the quality not as i what i predict..

hiz really wanted to get N70 but after reading the comments here ..i don think its worth buying.. btw juz want to know if i were to compare N70 wif N90..is N90 really better?
i don mean juz becos N90 is more Ex means better but wif some (-) coments here wif N90 and N70 ..N70's problems sound more serious...Pls help or enlightening???

Nokia N70 is superb! software although is slow but overall its a good gadget! camera really works and sound is great but if a little bit more option like TV Broadcasting than it will be superstar in current phone market!

I've got my Nokia N70 for 4 days already and sure is a superb piece of equipment. I have all the things that i want in a phone. organizer, mp3 player 2MP camera (considering for its size) One of Nokia's brilliant phones made ever.

I have a 6680, and i had a similar problem with my phone. You shouldn't be alarmed about this, u can simply re-format the internal memory, witch reinstalls the Operating System from a Flash-Firmware memory chip inside the phone. It is similar to formating and reinstalling windows on your pc in case u damage or virus it. To do this, power down the phone, make sure u have enough charge left in the battery, then do this.
With the phone off, press simultaniously the left green phone key, the "*" key and the "3" key. Hold them down and press the power button, and keep holding those keys. The screen goes white and after a few seconds/minutes you should get a message
This will restore the phone to it's factory state, that means only the operating system and default apps remain on the phone. ( EXCEPT WHAT IS INSTALLED IN THE MMC CARD - THOSE FILES ARE NOT AFFECTED ).
Use this to spare time taking the phone to the service center and back.
