Got my N 70 yesterday. It was perfect. Installed a new MP 3 player called Viking MP 3. With its graphic EQ sound quality is perfect. This phone really rocks.
Any body know a good place to donwload apps, themes for this one ?

its the worst smartphone on the face of the planet let all alone by a company of stature of nokia
its so irritating the interface is really bad
please donot go for it
let the next n series fone be available then u will know wat i am speaking about

Got my n70 two days ago and it's my first symbian phone since the old 6600 which was laggy and kept crashing. I've read all the horror stories but so far it's been great and 100x faster than the old 6600 i had. Build quality is excellent and the functions are good too. The sound on the mp3 player is amazing really clear and crisp which surprised me a little but was very pleasing. Anyway i'll give it a week or so to let it settle and see if any of the bugs come up, but so far can't fault it.

This fone is cool .i bought it last week from the market.
it s camera quality is cool but if u play the mp3 s its low in sounds...the sound quality is bad .i expected more..Jasonx

This phone has a lot of problems. i have bought it for less than 2 mths and ahve sent it to the service centre 6 times. At this moment it is still lying in the service centre as they are unalbe to resolve the problem (ring tone keeps changing by itself and sometimes it doesn't even ring). nokia should have more stringent QC and should not release a phone that is plagued with so many problems. i know of another person who has the same problems so it is not a one off case.

Hi guys. Just picked up the Nokia N70 and up till now it looks & feels great. It has great clariy & sound. Still gotta check out more features so if anyone has any tips, will be glad to get them... One thing I have not been able to still do. how to store some files in a seperate folder which will not be able to be accessed by others. Anybody ???

Has anybody been successful in using the "push to talk function" on the N70?
Purhaps it's me but I cannot find it anywhere in the manual and am lost looking on the phone for it.

I don't see why everyone has to be so negative about O2, The only reason the guy hasnt recieved his phone is because we have the largest customer base in the UK, and there are thousands wanting this phone and because nokia doesn't supply enough - They run out and we take the rap for it. Lighten up because if you havn't recieved your N70 yet then your name will be on our priority list, Enough with the harshness. If your DYING to get your hands on this phone, get it from Vodafone.

Usually the global emergency number is 112, but even if I dial 110 (local directory service in my country), my N70 recognizes this number as an emergency number and due to this the call drops (the phone display also shows "attempting emergency call"). I've experienced this on Nokia 6820 too. This doesn't happen on many of the other Nokia handsets on on other brands.
When is Nokia going to SOLVE this? I beleive this is a "BUG"?

Hi, every, justt got an n70, working great, the video is of excellent quality, very clear.. but take too much space, mp3 through the headset it great, playing at 80kbps is very good, any lower and your songs will sound bad, haha, anything, e mail me at llamtk@hotmail.com, thanks

I am sorry andi for the poor service. I spoke to 02 on Sat re my faulty handset and they save my journey down to drop it off on Saturday. Today i just got my replacement handset from the nice lady from DHL. And no creaks, no problems with camera now :) and my ringtone works. Well for now.. now i have just said it it's all going to fall to pots!!!
