Hello, I'm going to buy Nokia N70 as soon as it is available but I want to ask you about your opinion, which one should I go for the N70 or 6681!? Both of them are 500 euros. reply soon please! InG Music Macedonia

Dear freinds
I need help from good person who can give me solution for my problem
I have strange problem with my N70 whenever mis call enteries are more than 3 numbers my phone does not ring and i have to clear all enteries from miss call I dont know where is the problem but yes I have done default setting formatted the phone but nothing works even assigned diff tones but problem persisit and I have no solution can any body help me?

silent/general profile = long press on #
manual keylock = press left key then asterisk or on/off button.

PROS:

>>loud enough loudspeaker and stereo sound (both internal speaker and headset).
>>camera shutter (right side)
>>opera browser, dictionary and tutorial for first-timers
>>quite good radio reception; new music player; upgraded gallery wherein you can watch slideshow with assigned music; new games like 3d snowboard, snakes new version,camster
>>34mb internal memory. only 20mb is available when i've purchased it.
>>upgraded nokia pc suite...i like it!
CONS:
>>i'm using kingston 512mb mmc, now half-filled (266mb)...still fine except for the smart com pro wherein there are times that the default picture appears instead of the assigned one. furthermore,i can't install themes & other apps that's why i have to decongest/delete some mp3 files first.
>>the fone charger is different from other Nokia charger.
>>very slow processor compared to N6680.blank/white screen appears while loading...makes me think and say:what's happening???
>>poor battery life (2 days)
>>natural voice recorder is not compatible. once installed, the screen remains blank.

Well, autolock can be added by installing application like Psiloc Screen Saver. I just bought one yesterday! Have not fully tried out the functions.

I have just got my N70 3days ago... I like this phone a lot!!! Got it at nokia shop for SGD878 without contract. But I do have a problem here, as i was previously using N6670, the memory card cannot be used on N70. I would like to know if there are any places in SG that sells cheap memory card and also what is the biggest memory that all of you N70 owners have in your phone? Will it slow down the phone?? Thanks in advance for all your reply!!!

my self and 4 other users have a problem.
the phone stops ringing after 4 or 5 phone calls.
we have to restart the phone. is there a patch or a way to fix it.

I've just upgraded to the N70 on my Orange account, but they've pasted the screen with their own menu of shortcuts. Does anyone know how I can remove it? Meanwhile, I'm finding the phone really fiddly and cumbersome - unlike my old Nokia 6230 which flew along, and was nice and light to carry, and very user friendly. This just has far too much stuff - useful but not user friendly

This phone is exceptionally good, in every aspect, the only thing I can't find is the Opera browser which I beleive comes free with the phone, Is it on the cd roms?

yup... this phone is power... i like this N70 too.. but that a think no good is that N70 don have auto key lock.

TC, many thanks for your help. The memory card I got was an RS-MMC, so looks like I will have to look for the duel voltage version.........thanks once again.I still love the phone, just wish I had not just wasted £23 on a card !

N70 is the very best between N90,6680 and 6630,incresed bbattery life,nice display,nice camera..etc.The sound is impecabile,the most important feature is the amount of RAM-it is an 32!! 6680,6630 having just 16..the processor is the same but the fasster on the market in this moment-220mhz! N70 !

I wonder why N70 is so slow. Do you guys feel that it's very slow as in the respond time or processor. 6680 is much more faster then this N70. Just now when i tried to sms with a few friends of mine it's just so slow in the performance and the phone restarts. hope the new firmware will improve on the performance of the phone. And can i check with you guys under the flash option, what do you guys get ? i only got Automatic, On And Off. Is there an extra option which we can turn on the Anti Red Eye ? i've seen it in one reviews . if so, mine doesn't have this Anti Red Eye Option .
