my question is there any problem using nokia n72? if yes,what is the problem and if no,why its price is lower than any other n series fone infact its price is even lower then nokia 6680.can some one kindly explain me the reason for it ??????

Well sms messages take up space too, you can't just store millions of messages. I think you should be able to store a couple of thousands messages in your phone memory. But I recommend storing them in your MMC card, because phone gets slower if you stuff the phone memory. You should also delete the messages every thousand or so. Well simply the phone stores ALOT messages, but not unlimited amount...

Well, sound quality through the speaker is average, nothing too special, really. But still not bad. If you listen through headphones, the quality is quite good. For better quality, you should connect good 3.5mm headphones, since there is a 3.5mm connector in the package. Music quality HARDLY depends on the headset, so get the best you can.

Well I doubt that a simple user could do it by himself, I couldn't do it for example. I heard of 3rd party programs that can do that, but i don't have any and they are unreliable.

It depends on the phone user I guess. For me the phone never hangs, for some people phone always hangs. For the messages, once again I'm not sure. Change the settings, so the phone would store messages in MMC card, it should be enough...

Once again, it depends on the user. For me it never hangs, for some other people it does.

Well you should try using Google :) . You can try www.series60.ru . It's russian, but it's not hard to orientate there.

Unfortunately, you can't. The max is 1gb.

Alot people is experiencing this problem, and I simply don't know why. Maybe you bought that phone in other country and brought it where you live ? For example you live in Europe and bought it in USA ? The phone might be not suited for your country.

I answered this question at least 10 times already. If you listen to music alot on your phone, then take n70me. Same goes with 3g, if you will use it, take n70me. But if you listen to music on your mp3 player and don't ever use 3g, the only n72. Yes it does support 1gb MMC card.

Well it is a Symbian phone, it is supposed to load for a long time. Take for example your computer. It takes some time for it to load. Same with a Symbian phone, it takes at least 20 seconds for it to load. If the phone replies slowly everywhere (like in the menu), then try deleting some crap from the phone's memory. Try to keep it empty actually, put everything in your MMC card, even the SMS messages.

Well if you don't know what 3g is, then I doubt you will need it. And you can watch videos on a non-3g phone :D 3g is like GPRS or EDGE, but faster. You can surf the web on your phone with a high speed connection. Also you can use it to make video-calls, or use VoIP. You should read what is 3g here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3g
Between n72, k750 and k550, I think n72 is the best. Except for the camera, k750 has the best of the 3.

It does support GPS software, but to use GPS, you have to buy a GPS receiver for your phone.

Well the camera is 2mp, so it's 1600x1200 pixels. The screen resolution is 176x208 pixels. Err Nokia N-Series phones CAN get a virus, but if you will be smart, you won't catch any. Just don't download software for your phone from unknown, weird websites.

i have the N72 since 5 days..and its really problematic..i get my sms late so i have to keep puttin my phone on and off again..dont reccomend it..

Ok guys i bought this phone, and i use it for certain amount of time it is really good to use easy, much better then any other Nokia phones, this phone got MP3 player, even with the Radio,

I hav almost decided on n72... I know that it
dsn't have 3G but what exactly does 3G do ne idea neone... Does it mean i cnt watch videos?
the other options in my budget are k750i and
k550i ne sggstns which one shld i go 4...

i have a 6670 and i want to buy a N72!
the problem with my phone is that it has a very slow reply ,if you restart it takes 1min untill i can get in the meniu.
i have bought a 1GB card and downloaded alot of aplications on my phone.
anyway i want to know if this phone has the same problem-slow reply!!!

after reading reviews over this isite i bought a n72 and i am facing problem with it as soon as i bought it.there are flickers(white lines) coming up on display when entering or closing a application. even on visiting a nokia care centre they are not able to help it. its not only my handset but all the handsets have this prob that are of the apr 2007.please be careful.its disgusting to invest money and get such problems..
