update your firmware, set ringtone and videotone as the same, and try again. it sounds absurd to set videotone as well, but funnily, it works for me....or try boot and reboot a couple of times and see if ti works.

        Hello friends,
        now i m using 1GB kingston miniSD card which is made in taiwan.
        Whenever i load music more than 500mb it frequently show CORRUPTED.whats the problem,i dont know.
        Now i want to change this brand.which brand should i choose?
        Help me.

        this tend to happen when u try to send a lot of data to the card (eg songs) all at once, like copyng 400mb at once. card has a small chip and it can get overheated sometimes, and lead to corruptions as in ur case. \ so try to copy in small amounts , let it get cold and copy again.
        this is very usual in micro/small cards with a large capacity.
        ur brand is ok. and dont forget to wipe the contacts of the card.

          it takes FOREVER to send an sms, sometimes the mp3 ringtone doesn't work and it resorts back to the nokia tune for no reason, what's wrong with it?!

                for the "tut" sound after 2 min, solution : loud shouter as much u can "tut" & throw the mobile far as much u can n then this sound will go, trust me

                    No Antivirus Softawre.Still using expired Antivirus.
                    I also Updated the FIRMWARE.Nothing special in that FIRMWARE I think

                      Hi Lahiru,

                      Glad to hear that, but unfortunately no 2gb, but I guess things are working fine and fast as usual.

                      I updated the firmware today but haven't gone thru the whole system to see the difference. Took me 30 mins to do it. It also corrupt some of my prog and I have to reload them, any suggestion to avoid this.

                      Still no luck on the antivirus prog ?

                        So after long time.
                        I just brought a 1GB miniSD Ultra II with SD Adapter for 13 Euros.Theres no 2GB so I brought 1GB.Working great no problems.

                        Theres a New FIRMWARE available for N73
                        3.0713.1.0.2
                        I didn't update it but today or tomorrow I will

                                  Which firmware are u using?please send the version.
                                  At present,i m using a firmware of IE.In this every thing is good except the camera.after capturing 5 or more pics it frequently hangs.then i had to do nothing but restart the phone.now i want to upgrade it to ME.probably latest one is v 3.0705.0.0.1.
                                  So i want suggetions from u.what do u think?

                                        hi Ciera lion,

                                        try reformat the card and see if it helps. My 2GB kingston card works fine, can even watch avi movies with it.
