Yes it is true that the gallery remains in memory even after you exit it. Install Best Taskman on your phone - it's a good task manager. Use it to close the Gallery application, it frees up a lot of memory. Also I have observed in my N73 that even the camera application remains running in memory after I close it. You can see it in Taskman.

Answer some comments:
*Camera: par excellence, the best I've used on a mobile phone no doubt.
*Sound: In some countries headset volume is now limited by firmware: it's a little to soft for me. Quality is fine - not standout but perfectly adequate.
*Build: Excellent apart from the joystick - on mine it's functional but getting very loose.
*Stability: Majority of PPL seem OK, however it seems a significant majority experience severe problems (like me) - crashing & data loss, a real shame.
*Aesthetics: it's a beautiful piece of bling...
*LCD: this is excellent, colour reproduction particuarly is standout.

Does N73 have an FM radio?? I can only seem to find a radio application for streaming...

I know this phone can record phone conversations but i believe it will only record up to 1 minute. Whats the the point of that? Is there anyway I can extend this recording time? Thanks for your help

I want to buy the N73 ME but the one that they are selling to me doesn't have the T9 dictionary in Spanish and i really need it, im from Mexico. The seller told me that i can find it and download it online. Does anyone here now where i can find it????

The handset seems better and more firm buildt then the original N73 I had back in september.
And PDF viewer plus quickoffice is still there.
I haven't tested the sound with the headset yet.
The firmware inside is the one from 30.10.2006.

How is the music quality trough custom/in-box headset? How´s the build quality and software stability? Does the camera part look good? Animations in Music Player? Have Nokia removed any functions like QuickOffice or PDF reader? Thanks.

Some answers :) (just unpacked the thing and started using it - I have previous owned a standard N73 a few months ago, and this seems even better buildt and firm - and it has the firmware from 30/10).
does n73 ME support screensaver?
I couldn't find it under settings and display...
does N73 ME support full screen wallpaper?
Not if you apply a new picture - must use the trick where you create a new theme with that picture.
wad abt animated theme...does it support?
There's two additional new themes (and also the ones from the standard N73) and neither ones are animated.
got include 1 gig mini sd?
In my package there was a 2 GB Nokia miniSD card, which I had to insert myself.

i have the N73 and have installed the pc suite, if i download music from my pc to phone it says there isnt enough memory and doesnt show my 1gb memory card???? help !!!! i have updated latest version, the card is fine in my phone? i need music!!
