            Phone is great until I receive a call. It fails to answer then just switches itself off

                N73 Expert.....
                i have few questons. i hope u l be able to help me.
                1st and most imp is for phone book.when i search for a name say one starting with 'R', so when i press R, instad of list starting with names from R, it starts the lest with names whose second name starts with R.
                2. Is there any way of using the flash as torch. i feel sad coz nokia was the one to start Torch system in phones and its extremely useful stuff.
                3. It does not have stopwatch, timer. where can i get one? y has nokia not given this basic application?
                4. I wanna store some pic in cell that does not apper on gallery with all other pictures. only when i want to view, i should go to that particular folder and view.
                5. i m not able to use IM. howz it done? can i use it to access my MSN messanger?

                I m usin Symbian phone for 1st time, but m in/out nokia customer. So plz reply these quest even tough some may be silly for some of u.

                      Hi,JAGTAR u just dun how to use N73.

                      1/ ringing time is appx 15 seconds ,which is very less and u can´t increse this.

                      Answer: This is operator dependent.

                      2/ screen resolution is very gud but u cant remove the short cut menu from the screen.

                      Answer: Turn off active standby

                      4/ no repeting alarm. U have to put alarm everyday

                      Answer: Can be done, go read the menu.

                      8/ recording is bad and cant record more than 1 minute.

                      Answer: Use 3rd party software.

                      10/Ppt presentation with music dont works smoothly, it works with small cuts in some fotos.

                      Answer: Yr picture size? PPt size? My point is that u need to know to customize for your phone... for example, can u run a WIN XP on Pentium 2 PC? Yes, can, but slow.

                            i downloaded the sms accelerator from nokia...but it is useless....while local smses are alright....it failed to allow overseas sms to be sent....this is the first fault i found....other than that, it is perfect...

                              hi! can anyone help me. my n73 sends txt msges very slow and it always shuts down. my firmware version is V 2.0628.0.01 10-07-06 Rm 133 Nokia N73(11). where can i update my firmware? pls help me..... tnx

                                    Maybe the unit available in Egypt you have mentioned is the standard N73 which is also available in Saudi Arabia few months back.

                                    What I am talking about is the "black" which is N73 Music Edition, the package includes 2MB memory card. I owned N73 since it was launched in Saudi Arabia but I am planning to replace it with this "Black N73 Music Edition" once available in Saudi Arabia, but until now I cannot find anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
