because G700 is only UMTS phone,has only 256K colors,has no EDGE,has no WiFi [what in the world a business phone dont have this 2 connectivity??],the M2 memory card is expensive,has no FMtransmitter,the audio may be is not that good,has no S60 OS which make you cant add more apps and the last thing is that this phone will make you looked older
you'll get used with N78 keypad
its not as bad as people think
better than SE keypad of T & R series

N78 was not made to compared by N73 & N95 8GB at any aspect
N78 is better than N73
but N95 8GB is the best

if you have enough money to buy such a phone with 5mpx camera,2,8" screen display,cool black double slider style,128MB RAM,HW graphic accelerator,8GB massive storage memory then dont ask what you have to buy
just go for N95 8GB

go for S40 phones
they can differentiate picts & videos
they can make folders & subfolders
which many currently Nseries dont
just try the super S40

Thanks mate. You have made some good points there. But should i be proud of an 'advanced' phone that cannot differentiate pictures from video and theme package? A phone so 'advanced' that it could not make subfolders in photos folder. In fact too 'advanced' that you have no privacy with your pictures. All displayed and beautifully rotating in photos folder along with videos and annoying themepackages. Worst of all, you pay more to get this insulting situation. Am enduring not enjoying it. Nokia nseries could do better.

I've tried the dummy, and yes, the keypad is horrible, so hard to press on. but i hope the real ones not that hard, just the dummies.
Its so hard to leave this great N78...

it happened to my N78 also, when u want to go back to previous menu but it takes u back to main menu instead, but after i upgrade to v12, it is back to normal again. or if u still experience this, u should take ur phone to nokia care to change the keypad module. its free.

I like this phone. I've been using it for the past 2 months almost and it has never given any problems except for once that it hanged for a while when I was trying to make a call, I restarted it and since then its working perfectly fine.
Dont worry about the keypads, it seems it is difficult for those who are used to a lot of SMS as it has only a single line of keys but believe me it is totally alright once you get used to it. Funny but I believe even the phone gets used to the way you use it, in the beginning it was hard clicking on a button and it never responded but if you pressed really hard it did, and now the keys are absolutely fine so need not worry.
Battery life is normal, I ussually use the FM transmitter regularly everyday and still the battery lasts for more than 2 days.
One problem and that is sometimes if you have to go back to the previous menu, it takes you back to the main screen instead, that becomes a bit annoying sometimes and you have to find your way back to the place you were, but I am sure it's a firmware issue and will be resolved with the latest upgrade which I am not sure has been released yet or not.
Overall, good phone, worth the price, sleek and stylish, nice headphone results, great camera and two thumbs up.!

the navipad is too wide.it will make a problem in sensivity
