before, this phone is not worth it. but now that the price has dropped down it's really worth your money.

I have this phone.. its touch keys are useless..ez to spoil...i changed it to w910

if i will print photos in regular photosize using this phone's 3.2mp camera will i see a major difference from a picture taken using n82 5mp camera?

Screen looses all color and looks like a scratchy tv only when i pause movie and turn to idle mode.need soft reset.

i bought d fone based on d fascinating specs and true to type Nokia did a good job except for a few flaws, most esp with the keypads without which users cant access N78 cool features.
1. d keypad is of poor design. Call, End, Menu and C keys are in awkward positions. Same goes for the two Selection keys (the left key being too close to the Call key, and somx gives u a wrong menu when pressed. The right selection key is no better: itz too close to the Media key. and if u want to activate d loudspeaker while receiving a call, don't be surprised if you inadvertently reject d call! At times it doesnt even respond to the shortcut i set for it).
2. keypress response time very sluggish
3. alfanumeric keys too tiny. typing is inconvenient.
4. cover wobbles
Aside these, N78 is cool.

Maybe I just got lucky and got the phone that doesnt work. After 6 hours out of the box;
1. 8 Keys stopped working
2. Screen looses all color and looks like a scratchy tv
3. Shuts off and restarts periodically
4. Volume Up button stopped working. Have to hold it in and move your finger around and eventually it works
5. Volume down is more sensitive than the scroll pad
Not really a bad phone. I think mine just so happened to be the wrong one. Anyone heard anything similar to this before?

managed to get hold of a N78 and its almost perfect. nokia has fixed the shaky battery cover with the new lot.

n78???, 14 Sep 2008are all n78 phone's battery cover shaky? please reply!!!!!!... moreNo my dear friend, u have to put the cover carefully ....there is a notch at the top ... while closing the cover insert the notch at top of cover correctly and then snap the cover to the back till bottom....it will be perfect ...

mehdi, 15 Sep 2008is this a good mobile for me that want to use it for at lea... moreit takes a while to get use to. If your only using a mobile for 3 days i suggest something like a nokia 6280 or something basic and similar

N78 had down price for about Rp650k maybe because the nokia had already known about the weakness of their product.
