It depends, N95-8GB has a bigger screen, 8gb storage built-in, Motion Sensor (Accelerometer) and TV-Out. If you don't need all of the above then get a N78 and buy a 8GB Memory card for it.

I totaly agree, and with the reasonable price tag its going to come with it realy has raised the bar the Multimedia phones, its going to be a VERY strong competitor. I keep thinking of getting this instead of N82 and N95-1. Its a real all in one device, i just wish it had TV Out.

                    @Jen
I personally do not use the speakers much so the n82 speakers are ok for me. What matters is the music quality of the phone through the earphones. The n82 doesn't have bass and is not loud.
The 5700 is not loud as well, but has some nice speakers and earphones.
The n78 is supposed to excel in music quality. Its actually supposed to be an upgrade of all the basics of a multimedia phone; things like good battery life, good music player, good camera, good GPS function, good weight, n-gage platform, e.t.c.
This is where it derives its strength from. That is why it is causing such controversy with the high-end features such as the n82.
The features on the high-end phones are good but are strong in some areas, but weak in others. In the n78, they are all strong.

Very cool phone, I find the N82/N81 way too thick and bulky. This one is a good size weight and nice features.

I'll be looking for one of these in June.

I have a friend who has n82. The sound is clear, but it does lack bass and loudness. I own a 5700xm. Its speakers are slightly better than n82, but the sound using earphones is the same.
The loudest n-series phone you can currently find is the n81. The n78 is said to be equal to the n81 in terms of sound quality (both through speakers and headphones).
When it comes out next month, im sure the GSMarena team will review this phone and answer all our questions.

Guys chatting here about N82: You should think again ... Look at N82 Review, Sound quality is inferior.
Guys, Sound is about BASS ... and N82 has very less of it ... Otherwise, it's fine !
If you cannect it to TV or Stereo System, you'll know about the sound ...

Only thing missing is the xenon flash and it would be a totally great all rounder if the cancel key can be placed at a higher position for ease of sms texting. This key is very often used and a better positioning helps. Current user of N73, like to upgrade to a N82 but the key pad is not ideal for me.

                                        @ Shams
I also want the n82 really badly, but i wil have to settle for the n78. If i had enough cash, i would have bought both.
By the way, i think nokia is trying to close the gap on the 3.2mp race. If you look at the nokia phones, very few have 3.2mp cameras. Here is the full list
                                        (n73, n80, n93, e90, 6500 slide, 5610xm, 8800 and 7390).
I dont think it was a bad idea to put a 3.2mp camera on n78. At least its carl zeiss.
If ive got any cash left by august, i will go for the 6220 classic, then i wil get the best of both worlds.
