My animation effect (menu and rotate animation when activated the camera) doesn't work. . And when i use haze theme, there's no animation effect. . What should i do?

My cousin n85 have an application named tv as like n96.it comes when my cousin update his n85.it was not there before.is there any chance in my 78 that aplication(tv) next software update?by the way my sw is 20.149.
Note:media key have an option like tv&videos as like as the previous sw version of n85.if u understand me pls reply.

Can someone please help me how to activate the standby clock? When the screen goes off, the screensaver clock should activate. I can't find it in the manual. Please help...

on the lookout, 02 Feb 2009is it worth it to get n78? upgrading soon and do not see th... moreI just got mine a few days ago and so far it's awesome. I've owned the N95 8GB and N82, and they're both great for different reasons: the N95 for its massive screen, and the N82 for the camera. But ultimately I've found the N78's screen to be just as capable as the N95's for web browsing, video watching, etc. The camera is just never going to match up with the N82, but it still takes very nice pictures and it's video recording is almost as good.
Overall, I chose the N78 over the other two because it was the first N-Series phone with Symbian S60 Feature pack 2, it has the navi-wheel functionality (which is good for some, annoying for others), it's much more 'pocketable' (the N78 is even noticeably smaller than the N82), and frankly, despite what the insanely biased review team here at GSMarena have to say, I think the N78 is the best looking N-Series phone ever made.
Now, part of the aesthetic appeal comes at the sacrifice of functionality (doesn't it always?). Your concern about the keypad is a valid one, however, I have found that it's more or less ok after a few days of getting used to it. Don't get me wrong, you'll probably be frustrated with it for a little bit, especially if you're coming from a phone with a great keypad, but ultimately you'll get over it.
All in all, I can easily recommend the phone to just about anyone. It's excellent in almost all capacities, and just simply does a TON for such a small device. Hope that helps, if you have any other specific questions about it, post em.

is it worth it to get n78? upgrading soon and do not see the point of walking around with something that looks good but isn't. is the keypad workable, it seems so small and near to one another?

I'm usin this phone for 2 months.. its looks great, have a loud sounds.. gps slow but workin fine, the keyboard little small, but you'll find it okey after writin 100 messeges. i just had one problem with camera, every time i took first time picture get reset.. i reset it to default factory settings and its get ok now. have a lot of memory, 8gb work very fine, a fast phone fast menu etc... i dont play games, so i didn't try the games on this phone... firmware 12.046 is working OK! wlan works good too! nice camera with great autofocus...

I always love my N78.
I always
-Play music(louadspeaker:just average not as good as my SE G700 or N6151)
-Take photos(better than my N73 and Razr2 V9)
-and most of all run applications(software) as Ngage, Lanscape Pro, HandWave, Dice Box, Handy Shell, and a whole lot more.
Over all Performance 9/10. Nothing's perfect! There might be faults, slow performance, low quality of something and unsatisfied design, but as far as I'm concerned everything looks okay and still up and running as one of my favorite gadgets!

I just got my N78 today, and I couldn't be happier. I've owned the N95, N95 8gb, and N82 before, and they are all wonderful devices, but the N78 is MUCH more aesthetically appealing to me and others. People were asking me all day what kind of phone is was and where I got it from. No one ever commented on my N95's or my N82!

Yeah i play ngage in my 78 full version.i invent the problem?may it isnt correct.bt i think so.the newest game such as fifa09,metal gear,resident evil etc i install the trial version 4m the ngage showroom.i didnt install asphal 3,midnight pool,bowling,brothers in arms,creature in deep,fifa08,sims2etc 4m the showrøom which are trial version.when i install them cracked version 4m dot sis.com and they r running full version.amazing.now its only my thinking that never install the trial version.install 1st time the cracked one.may be my thinking will be funny 2u.bt it works 2me.bcoz i play all the game which i didnt install the trial game.thanks 4reading.love n78.

No i cant fix the photos in tag.i think its a software problem.
