Dear All,
Im using this fone for the previous one week. Its a very good phone indeed. the only thing bad in it is the keypad. the keypad is a bit odd.
previously i was using N95, i cant say that its better than N95 but its better in many aspects like battery, updated software version.

Just remember to search for symbian s60 themes and java software/games (with a 240x320 resolution).

DJuma, 11 Jan 2009hw abt the music quality in n78???i love this phone its just like the N81 but so much better and it has more options and the speakers are way better and the equaliser has more tuning available and im very happy with it

This phone is simply amazing it covers almost all of the features of the N95/82/etc but there are a few differences:
3.2mp Camera( but its also pretty good, the flash is superb)
NO AUTO-ROTATE!!! but it rotates in the gallery & you can rotate screen while browsing
No T.V out
Video Recording is just about good but not excellent i.e video is at VGA 15 Fps
The ram is pretty good too 96 Mb
Its got a touch sensitive navi wheel( so works like an i-pod and performance is pretty good too )
The key pad may seem annoying at times but you get use to it in a few 2/3 days( although it wasn't much of a problem for me)

The Sound
Quality - Very clear, you can hear each and everything just fine
Loudness/volume - Its good enough but not too loud

The Camera
3.2 mp, Auto Focus,Led Flash, etc( the settings & features of the camera are pretty much the same as the N95/etc...

Battery life
Works good enough for me & spends around 1 to 1.5 day even if I tend to use it for several hours

The font,themes,applications,installation,etc all work fine

And my honest opinion would be that the phone is definitely worth its price & if you compare it with the 5800 you wont see too many differences...( same as I have listed above) o almost forgot the N- Gage is the same & works just fine...

music is superb, camera is also good for outside shots but the phone body is a finger print magnet.
