nokia n79 set i m using is good, but the sound system without using headset is very low. this set is unable to give the loud sound of MP3 tones.
someone is there, who can suggest me how to increase the sound in this set

This is my first mobile and this is awesome...Great battery life its A mini multimedia pc as u can see the above specs

Hi all:) can i know whether the camera sound can be turned off? Cause nowadays nokia phones camera have sound even in silent mode..unlike sony ericsson. And secondly, ae the keys comfortable on n79? Thanks!:)

I rue the day when I purchased N 79. I was lured by 5 Mega Pixal Camera but the picture output is very poor in terms of colour, crispness and vividness. It cannot even match 3.2 Mega Pixal of Cyber Shot K 790 (Sony Ericsson)phone. I wonder whether it really has 5 MP camera, as per its purported specifications. I am very disappointed with the phone. other features are ok but not breathtaking. I have hitherto used Cyber shot 3.2 MP phone and the experience was very engaging. I will strongly advise the prospective buyers who are even remotely interested in cell phone photography not to purchase N 79. I wonder whether any software or firmware upgrade will improve performance of camera.

I'll give solution for Hanging problem .. For this problem just u take ur mobile in ur right hand and change to left hand this operation should in very fast ok .. After that open ur battery and sim keep ur sim in packet and cover the mobile in plastic bag and see ur road side there is any ditches is there if not means don't worry put into ur very hot kollambu kunda ok .. This operation is sucessfull in many countries so u try it and send that video to www.Kollambukonda.co.in the company one existing gift like old rice soup + Oooooruga ... Hurry up ***** Conditions apply ****

123, 23 Sep 2009how is the nokia n79 as a regular phone? ive heard that u c... morelet me clarify you one thing. the previous phone u were using supported maximum of 1000 characters that is why it is written 1000 characters. in a universal messaging one message is only of 160 character now if u keep on writting say 480 characters then it means u have sent 3 messages 160*3=480. so if your phone is of 1000 characters then u wont b able to send more than a single message of not more than 8 parts. coming to N79 it supports 'n' number of messages. I hope u understand it. u must b using some S40 series phone m i right?

first of all please do one small thing of upgrading ur phone's software by either going to your nearest Nokia Care Centre or if u knw hw to do it u cn do it urself but my advice wud b going to Nokia Care as its safe and best... wud take a day only i mean u giv ur fone in morning or aftrnoon u wud get it back by evening!! Then v cn further proceed in ur probs as dis step wud rectify most of the probs....

i tried it on my ph0ne set save sent msg to no still i can send msgs. And regarding n98 8gb and n79, i think if ur n0t into big screen n gaming n79 gives an advance and enj0yable usage over the previous versi0n of s60. My n79 is 5days old fr0m my old n82.
My only pr0blem is the keypad. N0w i realised that that stupid keypad on n82 [thats what they called] is much much better than this. Btw im on v11 fw
