raghu ji firmware is the total operating system which runs the phone. nokia keeps on releasing the firmware time by time in order to remove the bugs nd make the phone better n better to use.

Hi, I have a pbm in messaging from my N79. When i send a txt message, it disappears somewhere. I cant find the msg in sent items or outbox. I tried changing mobiles, and messaging works well in other mobiles. Any setup issues? can anyone help me out

N_series freak, 21 Sep 2009hey..im from south africa...i hav had a few N-series phones... moreRite Now compared to N95 8 GB dis fone is ohk.......i mean u hve used d best n series till date so comparing it to n79 is a bit tough.........d screen size cam quality, slider, n latest firmware r better than n79's current software......hopefully nxt firmware update mite make sme more improvements so as to make it stand to N95 8Gb........rite nw vid firmware v31 its quite gud but n95 8 gb is still better.......

Regarding ur first query ur fone hs latest symbian OS wid FP2 wich installs sisx applications......sis were for older platform like 6600 n all........u cn luk at imserba forum(Google it) for softwares, themes n all....
keypad is not dat hard u wud get used to it only probs is dat dere r no proper divisions between rows n columns.....
battery back up f dis fone is d best so i guess u need 2 temme ur software version by pressing *#0000# exactly.......it mite solve most f ur probs.....
regarding ngage thing bro actually price cut of fone hs happened nw....so all dese coupons were valid b4 price cut as price cut hs ensured all d stock gets clred......so it wud b very difficult to find new stock vid revised price nd hence valid coupons....even i hve lost on ngage coupon n ntheatre muvee stuff......i ws confused first but a quick look at the box clred all my doubts.......

hey..im from south africa...i hav had a few N-series phones and i love them...i first had the N80 ...it was ok...then i had the N95 that was such a great phone...then i got the N95 8GB ...that was by far the best phone i ever had....and both my N95'S were stolen...so i got the N81 8GB ...its a good phone..but trible build quality and terible camera...so i want to get a new phone..and my contract offers a N79 with no pay in...but i want to know if the N79 can compare to the N95 8GB...and how much beter it is to the N81 8GB...please can someone help me A.S.A.P ...and what other N series phone is worth geting...thanks

to know your phone life timer just type *#92702689# correctly . don't re-correct . to get the info correctly you have to type it correctly at first time .

i am unable to activate my N-Gage game apllication even though i have the code . i bought N79 recently but the game inside mobile to b activated before july 30 , 2009 . but i have bought the mobile 2 weeks back i.e, in september . please, suggest me how to activate my N-Gage application
